As a new customer I was nervous as to what the flowers would be like but my friends were delighted with the quality of the flowers received. I have to say the service was also great and I will be using ArenaFlowers again.

I was really happy with the order, service and delivery from this company. The items were a gift for a neighbour and she was absolutely delighted. Ordering was simple and the delivery was on the day and within the time arranged - and I've been offered a discount on my next order. I'll be happy to recommend this company to my friends and family. Excellent as usual. I ordered flowers for a friend who was delighted with them. I ordered them to be delivered anytime during the day, they were in fact delivered before 9.0 o'clock in the morning cannot ask for anything better. I would recommend Arena flower to anyone you can always guarantee excellent service. Thank you

I ordered a "Mass of red roses" from Arena Flowers for delivery and i have to say they were the most beautiful roses i've ever seen, beautifully arranged too! I would definately recommend this company to anyone and look forward to ordering in the future. Thanks!

Hugely disappointing. The flowers delivered did not resemble the quality shown in the picture. I telephoned Arena to tell them and they could only do something if we sent a picture. The flowers were an anniversary gift to my sister; I felt embarrassed to ask my sister for a picture as I sensed her reluctance to complain, as that would only compound my distress. I shall now leave it but would not use Arena again. Stephanie of Arena was apologetic and tried to help but was restricted by the guidelines laid down to produce a picture. IMHO, when a client complains about the quality, the onus is on the retailer to know themselves what was sent out and not to request a picture as evidence. I have bought previously from Arena without issue.

Our company wanted to send some flowers to the US for one of our colleges who was ill. They took our money, cancelled the order and didn't think to tell us until we rang them to ask for the invoice. Terrible!!

Dear Alison, The delivery of your order was not possible since we needed further recipient details to complete it. We tried emailing and calling you on a number of occasions but when the order was placed, unfortunately, these were both also incorrect. At this point we had no choice but to cancel the order with no communication possible for some time. Once you were in contact, we were finally able to get the correct details and had sent the order out for the next day immediately, at your request. I believe we did all we can to have your order delivered on time but were unable to with the information we had, however, this was quickly resolved once you were in touch with us. Really disappointing flowers. I sent flowers to my niece for her GCSE results. After a day or so I didn't understand why she had not sent a photo of them. I asked my sister and she said it was because they didn't want to tell me since I sent them but they were all wilted and past their best. I called and emailed the company and they said they 'wouldn't' send flowers in that state. But the point is they did! Total waste of money and a ruined treat for my niece.

Arena Flowers website and service is very a quick and easy to use with a good selection for a reasonable price. The service is amazing - you can track everything at a click of a button to know exactly what's what and to review your order! Plus the flower have always been great. Great site that I will always use to delivery flowers.

I have had a lot but yours is the best arrangement, absolutely beautiful, full of color. Thank you again for your service and great product. Flowers arrived promptly & left in the shed as the recipient was out. I received an email notifying me of delivery together with voucher for discount off next order. Flowers were beautifully arranged & lasted all week in hot weather. Very likely to use arena flowers again. Thank you

My Mum had flowers delivered by Arena , from us in Australia through the online page , they were the best flowers y Mom has ever had from us , an l send my Mom flowers on a regular basis , so l know they must have been good , an the delivery was the first up on the morning they were due to be delivered , she , an I , were very happy , she sent me a photo on Facebook and they looked stunning , so thank you very much for allowing me to touch my Mom's heart from the other side of the planet oxoxox

Great lovely flowers, and their prices are very reasonable. They do special offers and you may also find discount codes online which are always a bonus. I really love their displays and quality of flowers HOWEVER their delivery company (Yodel) is so terrible that it may not be worth placing an order. Flowers that were meant to be received between 8am to 6pm arrived just before 7.30pm, and there was no communication at all for the whole day. Do a search for Yodel reviews and you will see many have had similar if not worse experiences. Arena flowers you'd do really well to switch companies

Dead flowers?! These were dead right off the bat. Check all the other one star reviews on here. Makes you wonder if the positive ones are made up. I emailed the founder of this company, Will Wynne, via LinkedIn. He ignored every one of my emails, so he clearly doesn't care about his customers and isn't prepared to make amends when things go so wring. What a shambles of a company!

Wanted special flowers for a niece in Canada - I'm in UK. Asked if the flowers could have added "bling", "sparkle" or "glitz" because she is into all of that. The flowers were brilliant with silk, glittery roses added to the arrangement. Thank you Arena flowers!
