“Arena Flowers has always done a great job for me. I've placed around 40 orders with them over the last 4 years. Usually, everything was perfect. However, whenever things were not perfect, they worked hard to correct that, often providing a second order free of charge. That kind of customer service is what has kept me a loyal Arena Flowers customer for this long and will continue to keep me a customer in the future. Great job, Arena Flowers!”

“I have used arena Flowers on various occasions, and found them excellent. The one time that they made a mistake, when they sent flowers meant for an anniversary too early, they apologised profusely, and sent an even better selection on the due date. Since, to me, the test of any organisation is how they handle legitimate complaints, I would not dream of going elsewhere.”

“Had 5 o6 6 deliveries of flowers from Arena, comments from recipients were very complementary. Always delivered on day promised - bar once one valentine, came late. Were very apologetic and informed me before then event, and gave discount on next order. I would have no qualms ordering again from Arena.”

“I have used Arena Flowers for family and friends in the UK and they have been excellent, even with very specific delivery instructions. The flowers have been delivered on time and to the correct location. The only negative was that once for a funeral, the recipient said later that the card was not attached so they didn't know the flowers were from us. However, I will continue to use them because they are normally efficient, cost-competitve and deliver a quality arrangement.”
