“The flowers I bought for my wife's birthday arrived wrinkled and close to death. When I complained and asked for my money back, I was offered only a replacement. This arrived in not much better condition than the first bunch. Strongly recommend avoiding this company”

“Deliverer never knocked on door and left flowers outside. Box was damaged. Didn't follow instructions. Flowers inside were damaged and far from fresh. Wilted, squished and browned. In a completely unacceptable condition. Couldn't present them as a gift, as intended. Had to go out of my way to buy some new ones. Only place these flowers deserve to go is the bin. Avoid this place like the plague. Bad service and crap flowers and then they refuse to give you a full refund.”

“Flowers were just as expected, arrived on time, well packaged (in a box). The only negative point is the quality & printing on the accompanying card, it looked cheap & the printing was very basic and completely off centre.”

“I have been using Arena Flowers for over 4 years and the service has been excellent. There have been a few cases where there were issues (as there is in any human endeavor) but, when there was, Arena made sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I can highly recommend this company.”

“I ordered some flowers for Mother's Day but they ended up being delivered to my house instead. Arena insisted that this was my error bit I am not convinced it was. Its Customer Services department (which shut at 17.0-0 on the Friday before Mothering Sunday) were unhelpful and unsympathetic. So my Mum ended up with no flowers. I won't be using Arena again.”

“Flowers which were delivered for my mother were not those which were ordered via the website and did not match the description "sweet roses". I rang to complain about this and was told that they could not make them as per the description due to it being near mothers day and so substitions were made. I should have been informed of these substitutions so that I could decide whether to continue with this order. The flowers which were substituted were ones which my mother dislikes!!!! I wont be using you again”
