“I have sent lots of flowers and every person who has received them have all phoned to tell us how beautiful they are. The internet site is so easy to use and I have never experienced any problems The best comment I have ever received was when I was sent a bouquet from a friend that I had sent Aren a flowers to and she just had to use Arena flowers”

“Ordered red roses and completed process for next day delivery . Received notication at last minute that none were left and would I accept white roses. Disappointed that they didn't check first if they were available they were nice enough to compensate with a box of chocolates . It so happened that the order was delivered twice by different couriers as well. After all that I will give them another try as the flowers and more flowers were delivered as promised on time”

“I haven't seen the actual bouquet that I ordered (apart from the website photo) as it was for delivery to a friend in Europe, but judging by the email response I received when it had been delivered, it was beautiful and well presented.”
