“I have used Arena Flowers a few times now and have never had any complaints over delivery or the quality of the flowers and gifts. Highly recommended, as is their twitter feed!”

“I have used Arena for several 'important' occasions and have never been disappointed by the quality of the flowers and gifts and the service provided. I had used other 'big name' brands for deliveries in the past but none have proved as reliable or customer focussed as Arena. The range is terrific and the website is easy to use. I would and have recommended Arena to friends and family.”

“Have used this service before and have always been pleased, however, it seems that because it was Mother's Day the bouquet was substantially smaller than previous I have bought for the same price. Very disapointed, won't use again.”

“I've placed numerous orders now and all have been well received with no complaints about quality etc. Arena also responded promptly and sorted things out when I accidentally placed order for wrong date. I don't use anyone else now.”

“Love these guys; the flowers are always beautiful and very good quality - they last a good long while. They are also extremely reliable and if there are any issues customer services is quick to respond and sort the issue out. Great stuff.”

“Flowers weren't very fresh and had not been treated well. They were dry and turning brown. They were meant to be a mother's day present but I wish I hadn't bothered. Very disappointed.”
