“Flowers arrived in the box upside down, despite clear instructions on the box "Keep Upright" consequently a number of the stems were snapped, and a number of petals had fallen off. Would certainly NOT use again, and would NOT recommend.”

“Flowers didn't arrive, but I wasn't notified until I chased them up. Was told the box was too damaged so they decided not to deliver. They did upgrade the next ones sent out though.”

“Flowers were ok, but not in best state due to using unreliable courier company, so delivery delayed by days. Not delivered as required/ paid for, and no response or recompense for that. So i paid for a delivery slot, the driver missed it, no refund.”

“The most efficient, professional and superior flowers delivery company in the market today. “the flowers I sent to a family member as a thank you .I was very disappointed they were nothing like what was on the web site no card was delivered with them and the roses died before the other flowers opened so no I would not recommend or use them in the future”

“I have used your reliable service for years, but I did not receive a confirmation email for my last order, nor did I receive a notification of delivery which I found most disconcerting.
