“Our flowers never arrive on time and the last lot faded after just 2 days.We used to use arena in France and it was much better.We will not use this service again and would certainly not encourage others to do so”

Hi Ian Thank you for your review. I am truly sorry to hear how disappointed you were with the flowers. We really pride ourselves on having high quality flowers, so would have wanted to have been alerted if you felt that there was a quality issue at the time of delivery. “Always had good feed back from people I have sent flowers to, they have always said how beautiful they were and were delivered on the day I requested. I like how you get a confirmation e-mail when they have been delivered, however I did not get one on the last 2 orders. I have ordered on numerous occasions and will only use Arena flowers to send flowers to the UK from Canada. Very happy customer”
