“The flowers arrived on time, and as described. They thrilled my Mum for Mother's Day. I live abroad, so it was especially important to have the flowers arrive on time. The Prestat Chocolates and Candle were nice extras to add to the flowers. Will definitely use Arena again.”

“Absolutely brilliant service, especially being Mothers Day. Delivered nice and early. Beautiful vase and Mum was really happy with them. I couldn't believe how many photos she kept taking of them. They were really nice!”

“I ordered 3 bouquets of flowers - 2 for Mother's Day and one for an 82nd birthday. All three arrived on the allocated day with the bouquets containing a good ratio of blooms to greenery. The 3 recipients were delighted. The birthday bouquet was ordered with a balloon and chocolates and these were well packed and again made it a fabulous treat. I will be using Arena Flowers again. Thank you.”

“The flowers were bought as a gift for my mum for Mother's day. She has told me that the flowers were beautiful and have lasted a long time. The delivery was made on the day i requested. I am very pleased with the flowers and service provided by Arena flowers and would not hesitate to use them again.”

“I ordered the rainbow bouquet for my mum for mother's day and selected the larger size. The bouquet arrived on the scheduled date (albeit rather late at 4:55pm just as I was starting to really worry) but it was worth the wait. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, they were so colourful and a good number of blooms. My mum really loved them, and even my dad commented on how pretty they were - which was a first and just shows how nice they were if he noticed. If other bouquets are of the same quality as the one I ordered I will be using Arena flowers on a regular basis.”

“Ha! Customer BEWARE of this company! Make sure to read the 'Terms & Conditions" and be prepared to have your flowers delivered late, or not at all. Read the other reviews - I wished I had before doing business with this company. Sales staff are also not helpful and will put you on hold indefinitely perhaps hoping you just go away.”

“The flowers arrived on the day they were due, and were beautiful. Still going strong now nearly a week later! Only downside was the delivery driver; he didn't knock on the door and left them on the doorstep!!!”

“I tried to order the flowers online from our home in Australia, however the website would not accept any of my Credit cards (either Australian or English) so I had to call the uk number to complete the order. When the flowers were delivered to my mum there was no card/message with them (and I had filled the message card in online) so not a great experience all round”
