“Ordered flowers onValentines day for my SO, and was presented with two options - pay extra for delivery guaranteed before 1pm, or get standard delivery by 6pm. Having planned to take her out at 6pm, I went for option 2. The flowers did not arrive within this time period (they arrived almost an hour later) and I complained. I received a response, stating that at busy periods their time frame is wider. I suggested that they make this clear on the site to avoid this kind of situation, and asked if there was anything they could do to help resolve the situation and I never heard back. I've used the company before, and they were excellent, hence still getting 2 stars, but I don't think I'll use them again knowing that their customer care when something goes wrong leaves a lot to be desired.”

“The flowers were very nice. Shame the delivery guy paid no attention to the special instructions. I asked for them to be left round the back of the house if the greets was no answer but they were left out the front for all and sundry to see. According to the neighbour who very kindly took them in, he didn't even wait for someone to answer the door. Just knocked and dumped them. So, good flowers, very bad delivery service.”

“Dear Sir/Madam I ordered a nice bunch of roses which I paid quite expensive on Valentine day for my wife at her work address. The flower was delivered at about 6pm as she already left office. I paid for a service and expect a quality delivery service within timely. Regards Sam”
