“I have ordered flowers for relatives in the UK regularly. They are always delivered when promised and my family have always been pleased to get them. It is a lovely way to surprise them and lift their spirits.”

“An outstanding service which has led us to use this company time and time again. Never once have we been let down, the quality has been superb and they are sufficiently well focused upon their customers that we will receive direct communications from them with additional support and offers specifically because we use them so frequently. “There are many home delivery services for flowers on the Internet. When I send Arena flowers I have always had such wonderful feed back from the recipient's telling me how fabulous the flowers are, colours variety and arrangements., Arena always deliver on time and are the best value for money I can find on the Internet. “The flowers I orderd for mrs Barrington arrived on time but were wilted and limp.I originaly complain but arena flowers wer unwilling to help which is why I havnt placed an order with yourselves again.”

The courier company advised that this order had been succesfully delivered and as there was no email from you to state otherwise, we would not have known that there was a problem. I am truly sorry for any disappointment caused by this. “Flowers turned up four days late. They attempted delivery and then left the fours to sit in the post office. My recipient was not left a card, or at least did not find one. When I rang to enquire on the day of delivery, I was offered a refund immediately and told that redelivery would not be possible. The flowers turned up to my friend eventually, half dead in a battered box. Let down by delivery methods. But the point of flowers is that they arrive on the day.”

“The floral tribute required looked as advertised, arrived within the given time and was much appreciated by the recipients. I arranged this on behalf of recently bereaved friends and it all went according to plan. I would certainly use Arena Flowers again.”

“after what i can describe as reasonably good to excellent service , the last experience fell well short of what i would expect. I understand that it is hard to control third party contractors. But the first bouquet fell well short and the lack of contact since has left me feeling not much cared for as on average i was buying 1.5 bouquets a month for the last 10 months. yes they did make up with a second bouquet but this was only just better than the first and left me feeling disappointed. i had no further contact from customer services and was suprised that i did not receive a follow up call or e mail.”
