“Had very good feedback from the first two flower deliveries to South Africa,unfortunatly the flowers that were due to be sent 21 October never arrived,dispite e mail to say they had been delivered.Have sent two e mails since to report non delivery but have received no reply to date very disapointing.”

“I used Arena Flowers to send my only sister a special thank you for all her kindness and hard work she did for our Father in California. She was pleased with the selection and they were delivered on the day I ordered in a lovely vase. She was thrilled with the flowers and sent me a special card of thanks.”

“Have been using arena for a long time now and have never had the slightest problem, from ordering online to the delivery they have been excellent and the person receiving the flowers has always given feedback that they were lovely...would highly recommend!!”

“i would like if you carried non flower items such as chocolates and maybe fruit and or cheese baskets---------------------more variety for those who cannot take care of flowers . I never received a confirmation email back on my last order, thank you!- elizabeth.”

“I have used you several times now to send my family flowers, as I live in New Zealand it is so easy for me. I haven't actually seen the flowers but my mother assures me they are beautiful every time .They arrive when you say they will .”

“I have ordered from Arena 3 or 4 times and every time they were delivered with no problems even if it was to a workplace. I intend to use them everytime when I need to send a gift.”

“Used many times without any issues. This time flowers were delivered and left unfound in a porch the next day after searching for them. No email of conformation of delivery. Tracker said delivered but not when and where . No card left to say flowers had been delivered. Staff very unhelpful on phone , no compensation was offered or received. Will not now use again .”

“Satisfied User for 4+ years I have been extremely pleased with the flowers that are delivered, as is the recipient. As I live overseas, I rely on Arena Flowers to pick the freshest flowers for my bouquet's. I will continue to use them. Sugar Land. Texas. U.S.A.”

“I will not be using your company again as they flowers my daughter received were in a poor and dry condition. She was out on your first attempt at delivery and they went back to the depot, according to your note - but were obviously not given water there. Will not be using your company again as when they were delivered the following day they were in a poor condition. She had just given birth to our first grandchild and it was a happy occasion. We live in France and obviously had to use an online site to send her flowers.”
