“The last 2 purchases of flowers from yourself lasted less the 1 week before they began to die off. After using you for a few years now i'm disappointed with this and will probably look else where before ordering more flowers”

“I have been very pleased with my online ordering of flowers through Arena, which are destined for for quite important titled people in Europe, all of whom have expressed great satisfaction. “1st Class service from Ordering to delivery & Customer services. Would not use anyone else. Have used for many years. I use for every occasion for Christmas & Birthdays & even order the flowers for my sons to send out fot their Valentines. Excellent 1st Class services.”

“I have been using Arena Flowers for the past 3 years to bring joy and happiness to my Mom from overseas. This is the best online flower shop I have EVER used. What you see is what turns up... no skimping out... beautiful blooms, awesome bouquets... and the selection of add on gifts is fantastic. I'm never short of an idea for Mother's day, moms birthday or Just Because. I highly recommend giving this place a try... You will NOT be disappointed... I never am. Alan in Toronto, Canada”

“I can't imagine this will appear on your website! I'm amazed you have sent me this request to write a review after never even hearing from you by way of an apology for the dreadful service I received from your company the last time I used you to send flowers. After many, many years of handing all my flower deliveries to Arena and being really pleased, the last occasion found me "banging my head against a brick wall" trying to get some sense out a Customer Service Adviser. I gave up in the end. I have never used Arena since nor will I ever use them again. Some people really spoil themselves! Katherine E. Brandon”

“Purchased for my grandmothers birthday and she was delighted with them. There were lots of flowers unlike many other providers where the bouquets are filled out with foliage: and they were all in bud so lasted ages. Would recommend.”

“The flowers were for my mother's 87th birthday and Arena made the bouquet deluxe by adding extra roses. The flowers themselves were very fresh and beautiful and my mother was thrilled with them.”

“Arena Flowers provided an excellent service. The recipient was delighted with the bouquet and the freesias and roses lasted well showing the use of fresh flowers. Certainly a service I will use again as will the recipient who rang to ask me for details! Very impressive!”
