“Love my new pump! It’s easy to use and very comfortable. Easy to clean too. Purchased the hands free pump set too for when I’ve got my hands full (mum of three so always!) quick delivery, no complaints”

“I used an Ardo brand pump whilst in hospital and got on really well. When I got home I wanted a wearable pump so I purchased the Melia. It took a few tries to get the perfect fit and setting for me, the first try I blistered my nipples, but once sorted I found it a great pump. I express slightly less with the Melia than the Ardo non-wearable pump but the convenience of hands free is worth it. The only negative I have is that it’s difficult to see where the nipple is placed inside the shell, you just have to guess it’s centred and go by the feeling.”

“Good equipment, similar to what you find in the NHS. Cons - hands free option was not that hands free because you’re still hooked to the machine, and the pipes kept twisting sideways. Pro - Was pleased to learn you get to keep the cups and they are compatible with other Ardo products on the market, as well as our other hands free pump made by another company”

“Breast pump came next day. Took a little while to understand how it worked but daughter says she’s got the hang of it now. Hasn’t had baby yet hence 4 star as only time will tell.”

“I have the Ardo Alyssa pumpset already but had to buy the handsfree as I realized how tiring it was to always have to hold the bottle while pumping. The handsfree breastpump is a good innnovation as it allows me the comfort of relaxing while carrying out other activities like keeping up with my favourite social media channels or even breastfeeding on one side while pumping on the other. In addition, I can comfortably express even while I have guests over as I can pull my top over it. Good thing is I did not have to buy a complete set as it is compatible with the breastpump I had already. The pacakage came with 2 collection cups as well as 2 extra 19mm shell inserts, a lanyard, a sillicone tube and connector. Despite this positive review, I am quite uncomfortable with how big the collection pot is which means that it is very necessary to get a really stretchy maternity bra so it can fit in as it will not fit in with a regular bra.”

“I was loaned an Ardo pump from a hospital when I first gave birth and had difficulties with breastfeeding. It worked wonderfully and I was happy that I was able to give my baby the milk that she needs and fully convinced me to buy my own breast pump and I couldn't be happier!”

“We decided to order this pump as it’s the same brand I was using in hospital following the premature birth of our tiny babygirl. The pump works very well and it can increase your milk supply following premature birth and/or a stay in the neonatal ward. I did have a couple of issues when my new pump malfunctioned but Wendy came to the rescue and sent me a replacement pump the next day! My milk flow has not been affected due to the rapidity in which I received the replacement pump. Wendy was absolutely brilliant and truly cares as she contacted me twice (on her days off) as she’d seen my email, in which I was panicking and worried, Wendy not only replied to my email promptly but also rang me to make sure that I had received the replacement pump on time.”
