“I am very impressed with this product and delivery was extremely quick (next day). The pump is quiet, easy to set up, a closed sytem and I was able to express a decent amount of milk. I would highly recommend!”

“Very good customer service from Ardo. Before I ordered I asked a few initial questions and got prompt answers. The breastpump arrived really quickly too. After purchase I phoned/emailed to ask another couple of questions and staff were helpful. Only problem I found was that info on the website about the products wasn't always as clear as it could have been. For example, I didn't really realise that I would have purchase an upgrade set to get the range of breast shells and I couldn't find any info about whether bottles could be stored in the freezer. Overall though, excellent product which works well and good customer service. Thanks!”

“I had been using a hospital grade pump to express for my son while he was in hospital . I bought the ardo calypso as it was recommended by the ward staff, it's small, quiet, comes with different flange sizes and is powerful. it gives me faster express times and I love the way you can control the speed and the suction. I was impressed with the online purchase , I ordered it at lunch time and it arrived at 8 am the following morning. Overall an excellent purchase for me, well worth it's price tag, yet still cheaper than other pumps I considered such as the medela swing and ameda lactaline double pumps.”

“We ordered a Calypso Double Plus after having used a differentbrand pump in hospital and after getting frustrated with the speed of a manual pump at home. The main selling point for us was the fact it is a closed system which means no chance for milk residues in the pump unit itself and hence no bacteria contamination of the milk. The pump arrived next day delivery with no problems. The pump has been great - quick, not that noisy (nothing a pillowover tthe top won't dampen), efficient at pumping milk, easy to clean and easy to use. The range of different breast shell sizes and the soft massage insert have been great. We've used the pump at home and also taken it on a week away with us and it's made it easy for Dad to do some feeds and give Mum a break! Overall we'd highly recommend it!”

“I am currently using the Ardo carum pump and have used the Medela hospital grade double pump in the past. The machines are comparable and the Ardo a Carum is effective and helps me express milk when other electric and hand pumps have failed. The system is straight forward to use and isn't too complicated. The only reason why I have given it 4 and not 5 stars is because it is a bit noisy. I keep it by my bed to express at night and find the noise of the pump very annoying.”

“The pump is quiet, comfortable and effective. Really happy with it. I bought the double pump but love that I can also use it can a single. My only negative is that ardo don't make teats to go with the bottles as I have to transfer the milk to feed it to my baby after expressing.”

“Fab service!! I hired an Ardo breast pump from my local breastfeeding advice team and needed to buy the express set - I didn't have a clue which one I needed so I phoned up to order. I spoke to a lovely lady who was very friendly and chatty and she explained which one I required and ordered it for me and it was with me the next day!! I was very impressed! Great product and excellent customer service to go with it!!”

“Delivered quickly and fast response to emails but I'm afraid I wasn't wowed by the Carum pump. Although easy to use, I feel that smaller breast shell inserts affect the strength of the vacuum. I had to use the larger shell which was too big and not very comfortable to enable me to express any milk.”

“Spent along time researching pumps and found this one to be the best value on offer with the double pump for £99 used twice so far (freezing for use when my daughter is past 6wks) found it pain free and worked! It worked quickly too very impressed and £99 compared to manuals available for £15 doesnt feel so bad now despite being on tight budget I see this as a great investment given that it has a hours based warranty!”

“Ardo have been sensational from start to finish. The pump itself (Elite) a professional model used in hospitals far exceeded the performance of any of the 3 we bought online and had to return. We had the pump for 8 months so although expensive in the long run compared to buying one the reduction in stress from its excellent performance was well worth the money. The customer service I received was OUTSTANDING. I called a few times about various things including new accessories and every time I rang the ladies who responded were not only super efficient but kind and understanding too. I would not hesitate to recommend the company or its products.”

“Excellent service, I placed my order on Tuesday morning and received my new breast pump by 11.00 am the next day!! I have only used the pump once do far but I am very impressed. Very comfortable and easy to use and I managed to pump 3 oz in about 5 mins whereas my Medela pump would be going for 25 mins and only get half an oz!! Very pleased with my purchase, I would definitely recommend.”

“The pump was excellent and much better than a high street shop one. It was quiet and I had more control over the settings. The delivery didn't arrive when arranged which was frustrating but it was delivered the next day.”
