“My wife used this at our local hospital and loved it straightaway. Easy to use and does the job with minimal fuss. It is cheaper than other brands and was delivered the next day. I can recommend this highly enough.”

“Ordered this on a Thursday, arrived the next morning and was texted the hour it would be delivered in which was really appreciated. Ready to use and set up, I washed and sterilised or and got going! Very easy to use and so much beget than my shop bought one. Worth hiring if like me you need the extra help. They will also pick up the pump when I return it.”

“Should be some kind of follow up support. It didn't help me at all and I was unsure as to if I was doing anything wrong and felt that the team should perhaps call the clients to see if they can be of any help. I ended up pretty much not using it at all and spent i think 150 or 200 pounds as I was then ill post c section and with a newborn and couldn't return myself. So a lot of money that you can't really spare when you have a newborn and when i spoke to the lady on the phone and said i had hardly used it, no questions were asked or how i found it. I was also expecting it to be like the one used in hospital which worked great but unfortunately not at all the same so all pretty frustrating unfortunately.”

We are sorry you were disappointed. However we would have welcomed the opportunity to have helped you by going through troubleshooting with you, had you contacted us and told us your problem. It’s not feasible for us to contact all our customers due to the large volume of orders we receive. We have help videos and guides, a chat function on the website, Skype and Facetime help as well as help available over the phone on 01823 336362.

“Excellent service from start to finish. Lots of information on the website for me to make the correct choice and delivery within 2 days with a text to let me know the exact time. The breastpump is excellent, much better than my old one which was noisy and hurt - this one is quiet and works really well. Would highly recommend both the product and the company to everyone.”

“After using a single breast pump after my baby was born and couldn't breastfeed I was tired of the time taking in using this and the noise! So after talking to a friend who recommended Ardo I decided to go for a double Calypso pump and I couldn't have been happier with the advice from Ardo, delivery time/notification and the product itself - definitely worth the money for the quiet pump and time saving to spend with our little ones!”

Hi Alex, thanks for your review – the reason we don’t supply teats is because we are WHO (World Health Organisation) Code compliant. The code states that teats and feeding bottles may have a negative effect on the duration of breast feeding. The bottles supplied are made to allow for a standard neck teat which can be purchased from most supermarkets and pharmacists.

“I bought this after using an Ardo pump in hospital. I needed to have one at home to be able to express so I purchased one immediately and have not been disappointed with the it. I found the instructions and video's recommended on Youtube incredibly helpful as a reminder of how to assemble and clean it etc. The machine itself is efficient, quiet and comfortable. I liked how you could adjust the vacuum and cycle to suit. I am yet to adjust a bra to hold it on but currently prefer just being able to sit down and hold them in place. It is so much easier expressing both breasts at the same time and it doesn't take long to express and I could get good amounts of milk quite quickly. The machine comes with different sized breast shells which are worth taking the time to trying a couple before finding the correct fit but the difference was very noticeable- expressing was more comfortable and there was less soreness. The pump is also a closed system which is perfect for easy cleaning. I am very satisfied with this product.”

“As new parents it's hard to know what will be the best to buy for your new baby, we got lent one of these machines from the hospital and it made sense for us to purchase one straight away, after doing a fair amount of research online it became clear that this breast pump came highly recommended and we can see why. I purchased the double pump Ease of use 10/10 Build quality 10/10 Comfort 10/10 Cost 7/10 Great bit of kit slightly on the expensive side but you pay for quality and you won't regret buying this machine .”
