“Consumables not at all durable for the extortionate price of this unit. After very careful and infrequent use for 3 months the unit is seeping air from the Pump set and Shell. When I contacted customer services was simply fobbed off by Andrea that it is a consumable and not covered under warranty so have to purchase an additional one. Pathetic after service knowing how critical these devices are at the time of use. SHAME!!!!”

We are sorry you had a problem with the Ardo sets. We reviewed the customer service you received and are satisfied that the correct information was given, based on the daily usage levels you provided. To clarify the warranty on our products, the electric breastpump units are ARE covered under warranty - the Pumpsets are subject to wear and tear as consumable items and not included in the warranty.

“Great product with very fast, trackable delivery. The help videos were very useful and after the initial set up and finding out which size cup to use I have been getting on with it well. It's comfortable and easy to control to change settings.”

“The Calypso double breastpump is an great product and has helped us massively in being able to feed our newborn. The sole reason for a "Good" rather than a "Very Good" rating, was that the first delivered pump had an intermittent fault. Ardo were very helpful and prompt in couriering out a replacement unit however. Excellent product and excellent customer service.”

“I started out with a single electric Medela pump and quickly realised I needed a double for speed and efficiency. I was recommended Ardo and couldn't be happier. The Calypso double electric pump is great value for money, easy to use, compact and very quiet. It arrived next day delivery (on a Saturday) for no extra cost. This product is great and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend to others.”

“After being given a trial run by the hospital I and my son were in, there was no doubt that Ardo would be our first choice. Initially I was worried that that the pump would not be as strong as the hospital one and even though it is I still can express the same amounts whether using the hospital one or the one I have at home. My nipples get less sensitive and hurt less when using my own one. I was super impressed by the efficency of getting the pump delivered. I was promised next day delivery if I ordered before 2pm and it arrived before midday the following day. I have been using this pump for almost a month and I cannot fault it. It fortunately fitted all the hospital bottles as well so less sterilising for us yo do at home. It has been worth every penny that I have spent and I would highly recommend it to anyone out there.”
