“It's allowed me to pump quickly and quietly, this has helped me create a store of milk for my son when I return to work. The fact it is quiet and discreet also means pumping at work is not going to be such a big deal.”

“After struggling to get my son to latch on To the breast I was offered an Ardo machine to use in the hospital, it was a lifesaver and to discover the calypso model was available for purchase at a very reasonable price was a joy! Swift next day delivery with no complications and easy to set up and use!”

“I actually rang the company before I purchased my breast pump as I had previously bought another from one of the leading brands and that model wasn't effective and noisy. The support person on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. The website was easy to use and delivery was swift. The product itself does exactly what it was advertised to do and I am thrilled. And yes it is incredibly quiet!”

“I missed the 2pm ordering window for the next day delivery, but the parcel arrived the following day. Great communication from the first contact, useful updates on the delivery status and an one hour delivery slot! The pump itself is slightly louder than I expected. There is the usual "suction" noise but also the unexpected (and slightly irritating until you get used to it and blank it out) sound of moving parts inside the unit. Nevertheless, I'm happy with the purchase, it does the job.”

“Prompt delivery, efficient service and so far, the Calypso double pump seems good. It's definitely quieter than the Philips one I was using before. It is quite gentle and takes a while to express though, but so far, I am pleased. The instructions say wash in soapy water and sterilise once every 24 hours, I was surprised at this as I would have thought the kit should be sterilised every time.”

“My wife used this at our local hospital and loved it straightaway. Easy to use and does the job with minimal fuss. It is cheaper than other brands and was delivered the next day. I can recommend this highly enough.”

“Ordered this on a Thursday, arrived the next morning and was texted the hour it would be delivered in which was really appreciated. Ready to use and set up, I washed and sterilised or and got going! Very easy to use and so much beget than my shop bought one. Worth hiring if like me you need the extra help. They will also pick up the pump when I return it.”

“Should be some kind of follow up support. It didn't help me at all and I was unsure as to if I was doing anything wrong and felt that the team should perhaps call the clients to see if they can be of any help. I ended up pretty much not using it at all and spent i think 150 or 200 pounds as I was then ill post c section and with a newborn and couldn't return myself. So a lot of money that you can't really spare when you have a newborn and when i spoke to the lady on the phone and said i had hardly used it, no questions were asked or how i found it. I was also expecting it to be like the one used in hospital which worked great but unfortunately not at all the same so all pretty frustrating unfortunately.”

We are sorry you were disappointed. However we would have welcomed the opportunity to have helped you by going through troubleshooting with you, had you contacted us and told us your problem. It’s not feasible for us to contact all our customers due to the large volume of orders we receive.
