I’ve actually been disappointed in Arccos Caddie the last few rounds. I had issues with the app deciding to stop recording data after the 13th or 14th hole which I didn’t discover until after the round. And on my last outing this past Sunday I couldn’t use it at all because the app couldn’t find the course I was standing on although my phone had full reception and my playing partner’s phone picked it up just fine (I rebooted the app and the phone several times). It’s a nice feature and I like the data provided but with these glitches and being distracted by a phone app during a round of golf I’m beginning to think it’s kind of nice to just go out and play without the technology. Perhaps I will change my mind though.

Arccos caddie has made a significant improvement in my overall game. It is extremely easy to use and is incredibly informative, making it clear where to focus practice. I look forward to using the Link this year, it can only make the technology more efficient.

I love Arccos, I really feel it has dropped 5+ strokes on my game since purchasing it. The GPS is awesome and the help with club selection for windy days, or slope to green has helped a lot. I love the insight of what I need to work on. I can't picture playing golf without it anymore.

Arccos golf is a great asset to your golf game. It minimizes second guessing on club selection. If you want lower scores, trust the caddie and hit the shot.

Great new data that provide real insights in my golf game. Valuable data about a lot of different parts of my game. Now it is up to me to start improving. With the support of Arccos Golf I know exactly where to start and what to improve on.

I have found that the system is not tracking a number of shots even though I have tried using the phone in the front pocket as well as the Link. I ensure that the link is in the correct position and not covered up by any articles of clothing. My brother-in-law was impressed when I told him about arccos caddie and the many features it offers, which led him to considering purchasing the product. After he has observed the issues I have experienced with tracking my shots, he is now very hesitant and I do not blame him.

fantastic app. Easy to use. it perfectly records each of the strokes and the analysis of the game is a very good option to improve our game

Not happy with the putter sensor, original sensor wasn’t working and second sensor they sent me didn’t fit on my odyssey stroke lab putter. Called and asked for super stroke sensor and they would not give me a free sensor. Not sure I will continue with arccos especially with way current sensor looks on putter. Poor design.

I love the product concept and it's performance when it's working correctly. However, I find myself having to add/subtract shots and/or putts at least five to six times per round, which is pretty annoying. I also just played my fifth round with Arccos connected to my clubs and for whatever reason, the app isn't able to present my stats to me. If they can fix some of the bugs, the product will be amazing.

I'm not 100% sold on the Arccos system yet. I have played three rounds with the sensors and the caddie link so far, and each time it has missed at least a dozen shots.

It is awesome for my game, the support has been great but I do wish the sensors were more durable

I have used the Caddie link and found it did not pick up a number of shots. I had it on my left hip and I do not believe it was blocked . I have used my phone and it seemed to have logged much more shots. I do use an old Apple with no Data conection and have downloaded my home course, however the last round could not find the downloaded course. I am not sure if I need to connect via wifi before leaving home or if I am not doing the correct thing before the round. Other than that it has seemed to work fine. Here in Ontario Canada we are in a lock down with courses close so once they are opened again I look forward to trying it again.

I purchased a set of sensors and grips and needed help so I contacted the help desk. Very poor customer service and unclear as to he steps that need to be taken with the problem I was having. Representative was not friendly and did not make me want to pay for the new subscription fee that I was unaware of.

App misses several shots per round. wind direction is often wrong. can't read (see numbers in caddie section because they are too small)numbers because i don't play with reading glasses on. overall, very good information, helpful to continuing toward improvement goals.

Great app , it already has me shooting a lower score. I do find myself adjusting the app making sure it picked up the correct strokes . Sometimes that takes away the focus on my game. But really enjoying the info that it is giving me. If you guy's will send me a 10% off coupon I will buy me the belt clip. Thanks MIchael

Putter lacks to record puts and I would say to seal the sensor so when you flip the club we don’t put dirt in the sensor if we set the grip on the ground.

I love it when it works. Feels like the best purchase I've made in a while. However it only catches half of my shots on some holes and rounds. Making it very frustrating at times. So if it fixed the issues with the bugs then I'd rate it a 6out of 5

Arccos is the closest that any recreational golfer can get to having PGA tour type data about their game (think ShotLink) that's actually actionable. I went from a 6 handicap to a 3 the first year I used it, mainly due to understanding what I needed to work on. The user interface is brilliant and intuitive. On top of this, it has the best GPS rangefinder on the planet. I used to be a big beta user contributor, and made many many suggestions, but it's no longer easy to find things to suggest improvements on. I'll keep looking, as Arccos is very responsive, but it's very hard now.

I have really enjoyed Arccos Caddie but there have been some issues with the system, eg my driver isn’t registering when I use the club. And I’m also disappointed that I have paid all that money to cover a year but have been unable to play, Arccos should extend the cover.

Generally very good with yardages, layup distances, etc. I do have a problem that occasionally when reviewing a round the shots are listed but the image of the layout is completely wrong (zoomed in to a small area) and can't be zoomed out and it makes it impossible to correct a hole like adding an extra short wedge shot from the sand that it missed because it was too close to the previous one. It would also be nice if the green image included at least rudimentary slope indications to help decide direction for short chip shots or long putts. Wouldn't have to be as detailed as say Golflogix's green info (though that would be great), but at least some indication of general slope & breaks. Going to a new course we have no idea if greens even break front to back or some other direction on our approach shots.
