So far I've been really impressed. They still miss a few shots per round, but nothing excessive. It's really eye opening to see how far I hit the ball. Or how far I don't hit it. But being a very inconsistent ball striker, I really like the way it is x ing out the really bad hits, and giving good advice on what to hit. As I improve I believe Arccos will too. Great product so far.

I have been using Arccos since last summer. I've tried using my phone, Apple watch and the caddie link (until it fell off during a round, never to be seen again) and spent about $100 on extra sensors for lost clubs, new clubs, etc. All told I've spent nearly $500 on this system and have never had a single round where I haven't had to re-construct at least 1/4 of my round. I've also had about a dozen rounds where the shot-tracking was so bad that I've just deleted them. In my experience it starts out strong and then just starts missing shot and holes about 1/3 of the way in. It wasn't much better with Caddie Link and even with my watch at 100% if the round is longer than 3 1/2 hours the watch will die and, provided I notice it, I'll need to switch back to my phone. I wish I had known how unreliable this was before I got them and now I'm stuck with this system. Hoping some updates will help, but it is seems unlikely.

The course data on the app is often incorrect. The GPS data is incorrect and most of the times the shots are not tracked. Disappointed with the purchase.

I have been using it for several years now and find it a brilliant product. Recently a few of my sensors stopped working which is understandable. However some four weeks ago I have ordered replacements but no sight of them yet and no tracking advice. I am in contact with Arccos on this issue. Still very disappointing.

Excellent and well articulated response that was very easy to follow. A great product and looking forward to using Arccos this year.

It’s a good idea that doesn’t really deliver. Most of the time I go with my feel rather than arccos and it’s almost always better. Too many missed shots or errors mean too much time spent editing, I’d love it to work properly but it doesn’t.

I have been using Arccos for over a year and I enjoy the system, but also have reservations about it. My main concern is the overall missed shots that I get after every round. Originally I used the Phone in the pocket and then upgraded to the Link and still get missed shots on every round. I am also extremely careful of not covering up the microphone on the Link. Putting is also a challenge as the sensors do not record the short tap in putts. Also I have noticed that if I carry multiple wedges to play a shot the sensors often record both wedges as shots. I have to edit post round shot selection to get a true representation of the round which is a bit tiresome and frustrating considering the cost of the equipment. I am not sure about renewing my membership again if the data of the system cannot be recorded accurately. It is a great system, but only if it is accurate on every shot. The system needs improvement in my opinion.

I have only played 27 holes with my new Arccos sensors but already I am making better decisions on club selection. The post round information is simply incredible and can only help to improve my game . Thoroughly recommended.

I recently started to play again after a long break. This means my distance was even more mysterious and scoring well was hot and cold. Arccos helps understand my game and holds me Accountable to count all my strokes. I don’t always use the Caddie feature as it does not take into account the lie or trees in my path. The Link is not always working and I have not figured out how to fix some errors. It says I hit my 60 degree wedge 150 yards (I don’t!) so it recommends Lob wedge at bad times. Overall, I enjoy this and stopped using a scorecard since day one. I will get built-in grips next time. Also comes in handy when cart does not have GPS or can’t take cart on fairways. Not perfect but this is the best golf gadget or app I’ve ever purchased!

I’ve been using Arccos for about 3 years now. It’s excellent for keeping track of shots (although putts are sometimes not registered), giving you current yardage, and reading the actual distance vs. played distance (wind, altitude, etc). Absolutely love it—plan to be a lifelong customer and user.

I knew my golf game needed some work, but I wasn't exactly sure where to focus. Arccos showed me at least two areas I needed to focus on. Since I work, this is a valuable time saver and provides a chance for me to have a more focused practice routine.

I think it great. My one complaint is I don’t see a place for bunch shots. So when I chip with a 8 iron, punch out or a tree with a 7 iron is skews my distance numbers. That said; best investment you can make to track your data. A couple tweaks could make it amazing

I find the app to be hard to use, the navigation of menus might make sense to your programmers but I find them hard to use. I have to edit most holes on each round and have to learn more about the caddie feature to see how it can help me.

A lot of times the Caddy misses shots and I have to go back to edit the holes with miss shots. I was hoping it was easier to use so I can just focus on my game. Now I have to worry about the accuracy of the Caddy, the app and my game.

Amazing idea. If it worked well, I’d absolutely love it. Unfortunately, it works terribly. 60 degree shots are almost always missed. Shots from bunker are almost always missed. Putts are often missed. This is in full daylight. At nighttime (we have night golf where I live), the sensors are rendered totally useless as they require sunlight to operate. Thanks for (not) letting me know in advance of purchasing, Arccos. Manually adding shots that have been missed is an awful, arduous process. Would definitely not recommend this to anyone.

I absolutely love the idea of getting all this data. I patiently waited for the link to improve capturing the information from the sensors. I’ve used it on about a dozen rounds since December. I’m finding out that the more I use it the less it works reliably. That is very disappointing.

I like the system but it hardly ever gets your putts correct. After round you have to go through every hole and correct your number of putts and pin placement. Last time I played at end I shot 71. After adjusting putts my true score was 84. The shots with other clubs work pretty well.
