Disappointed: I got two sets of Arccos Caddie Smart Sensors - one for my son and one for self. We got it from a Courosell Dealer in Singapore as buying from principals (Arccos) and then shipping to Singapore was proving more expensive. We installed and have been using the product for 4 months now. My feedback - its misses strokes off and on, in spite of all parameters good - course data, Bluetooth, etc. In the past 1 -1/2 months (within 2 months of use), one of the sensors has just stopped working without any reason. Tried to re-assign and re-calibrate but just does not work. Both my son and I am actually disappointed with the product and more importantly the response I got from the agent a few weeks back when I shared the issue, they just said we cannot do anything you need to go to the person who sold. Obviously, the agent who sells the product can't help as Arccos does not have a service outlet. Overall I feel with the past experience this product needs more serviceability and free replacement for customers and not run pillar to post and have non-working sensors in the gold bag. Hope the service team understand s and gives a free replacement and also explain how are they going to service customer who has bought this product, in our case two sets. In the app, under the clubs page, you can run sensor diagnostics to see whether the sensors are working or not. If not, we guarantee our sensors for 2 years so if they have become faulty within this time frame we will replace them free of charge. We can see you have already reached out to our support team but we have not heard back from you. Unreal..it's now almost November. Been waiting since first announced in early summer. How do I cancel subscription and order. Sorry but it's been 4 months??! Not a email? nothing!? Could you give us a update??? And you are still taking orders? Get a grip.

Happy with the system. Yardages with elevation, temperature, etc. taken into account have been a huge help. I'm more confident hitting each shot that I have the right club in my hands. Easy to edit the round afterwards. A missed shot here and there, but very acceptable. Getting the Caddie Link soon.

Its a great concept but, don't have time to spend 5 minutes per each hole putting in missed shots (including the driver in a clear sky, with the phone in my front pants (phone) pocket). Too many errors, too much time, wrong distances.

Very happy so far. a couple of initial thoughts: 1. The quality of the 18Birdies mapping is much better than the Arccoss maps. You can clearly see the hazards, green shape etc. I understand that different mapping providers will be more accurate in different areas, will be nice if mapping provider can be switched in the app. 2. How do I manually remove shots that will be used for averages? For instance when I play a shot only at 60% power, a punch below trees or a chip with a long iron around the green or even hit my driver into a tree. I know AI will remove these shots in the long run but will be handy if the user can remove this as well. 3. My app is set to measure in meters but when I go to Player, Driving game, distance off the tee is given in Yds (even though it is actually the m reading, the description say yds and not meters). 4. What I like about other apps (Hole19) is that you can stand on the tee with say a driver and move a curser on the app to choose a landing area to see more or less where you will land your driver based on how far you think you will hit driver, this way you can see ok there is a hazard at 260m, I should rather hit a 3 wood. Is there a way to do something similar with this up to know how far hazards is away from my location?

Thanks for the feedback, we will pass this over to our mapping team to review. 2. The Smart Distance feature will automatically remove the outliers over time. The data is almost too 'new' for it to be powerful when you first start using the Arccos Caddie app and you should start seeing all the outliers removed after 5 rounds or so. 3. We are aware that the stats are not showing in meters yet, this is something the team are working hard to fix for the next update. Thanks for your patience. 4. Additionally, after you have played 5 rounds you will have access to the preview caddie feature which will provide you with your optimal strategy. Suddenly four sensors no longer work. I could change the battery on the putter. I have to buy the others again. The set wasn't cheap either. Buying new ones is not an option, although they still have a discount, but the postage also costs.

The sensors have really helped me understand my club yardages. Also tracking my bad habits has centered my practice on areas of concern. Arccos has really told the truth about my game. I went from a 18 handicap to a 13.4 in 3 months. Lastly the the apps GPS system is second to none. Giving yardages that take wind, elevation, precipitation, just about anything to get a yardage you can trust. I get the number trust it and hit a club.

I have tried to use the Arccos system for this whole season. Played about 45 rounds. I have had a total of 2 successful rounds where the GPS and shot recording both worked. I’ve done everything Customer Services recommended and nothing worked. Using with the Apple Watch for shot tracking is nearly impossible. Takes 15 minutes to sync, by then I’m on the 3rd hole. Usually I have to Finish the round and start over 3-4 times each round because it won’t give me distances on the right hole. Finished today’s round 3 hours ago and the app on my watch is still telling me to end the round to sync the data. This system is a great idea, but get the bugs out!! It seems like they are not trying to fix the Apple Watch problems. Their solution is to send another $99 and buy their link. My free GPS app is more reliable.

I have been using smart sensors for a couple of years and love the way they work. I have been able to track bad habits and correct some of them so I was really looking forward to adding a Link to my game. I didnt realize when I ordered it that it wasnt comparible with my sensors. I have been looking online to update them but I cant find anywhere in the literature a statement telling me which are compatible and which aren't. Is there an easy way to tell?

As mentioned on our product page, Arccos Caddie Link is not compatible with 1st generation products, including Arccos Driver and Bluetooth putter sensors. You will require all your sensors to be 2nd generation and these are the ones that are paired via scanning, rather than via a button on the top. Arccos experience started out really promising, but I am now starting to get frustrated with Customer Service. I bought the sensors and was impressed with performance. Excited to get to five rounds so I could start playing with the Arccos Caddie. When I downloaded a new course, I realized the Arccos map was out of date - not their fault, the course went through a major renovation and apparently no one else that plays there was using Arccos. But now I’m trying to learn whether they will be able to update their map, and ...... radio silence. Can’t get through by phone, not getting email response. It’s a bummer because I’m excited about the product, but if I can only use it on some of my rounds and don’t know whether to expect any help, it’s a lot less useful.

Please stay clear I purposely bought a more expensive set of irons (G710) due to the offer which included the sensors. Since owning them I have had nothing but trouble with them. They are so hit and miss with recording shots. Spoke to Arcoss support and went through their trouble shooting. After trying everything they are still hit and miss and guess what? Customer support are no longer answering my emails. Feel totally let down by it all. I have tried everything, different phones, apple watch etc but still It is only picking up approx 40% of my shots! AVOID

Bought arccos golf senior grips for my clubs was impressed with product. I changed clubs and seniors fell out of three of them. Was in contact with a member of arccos golf, who said he would replace grips. I have not heard from them in over two weeks very disappointed as arccos support received great feedback which was part of the reason I bought them in the first place.

Placed an order for the Caddie Link on August 4th and received an email stating that my order was being prepared to ship. No communication whatsoever from Arccos. I have emailed and called and cannot get anyone to get back to me. Now there's something on their site that says they're shipping in November. What a dishonest company.

I would love to be able to write a review about the Arccos system and how it works. However, the 2nd attempt at shipping the system to me arrived yesterday (first shipment was somehow lost by UPS so I can't blame Arccos ) and one of the sensors is faulty and a replacement needs to be sent to me. I ordered and paid for this system 3 weeks ago and have not been to use through no fault of my own. 6 rounds and no Arccos. My golf season is rapidly coming to a close and this entire process is only adding to my sadness. Finally, the customer service has been good but only if you call. The reply to emails takes several days. I hope that at some point in time that I will actually be able to use the system and provide a review.

Worst app ever. Quirky xx hard to use, and never let me pair all my clubs Company wants $20 to give me more sensors. Let me try what I have out first before I give you my money. Sucks.

Once you have this app, you'll get access automatic shot tracking, A.I. powered GPS Rangefinder, Caddie Advice, Strokes Gained Analytics and much more! 1. The product is great if it works its almost a year and I give up-some shots are not recorded 2. keeping a phone in your pocket is inconvenient and not viable. you constantly have to check your phone to see if its working 3.It is expensive and inconvenient- smartgrips have to be changed everytime you switch out your clubs. Avid golfers need to change grips every 6 months at $21 dollar +tax / grip less $7 for member still an enormous cost. 4.The website is hard to navigate - log ins are hard to find 5.The caddielink has been in the works for so long and I finally gave up and cancelled my order after waiting for over a year. It was to have shipped in September but now pushed to October. 6. I cant imagine paying $99 a year for a subscription on great idea where the technology has not been perfected, with inadequate support staff 7. You have to have separate accounts for your dashboard and shopping (not sure what they are thinking) 8. Not even the customer rep could find out how to access the login for my order. 9. The customer service is wanting - very small window in which you can reach them. They don't seem as motivated either. Not sure if this is a management issue. 10.Sadly I cancelled the order for caddie link and replacement smart grips-Just done with the lack of responsiveness

As a very enthusiastic golfer, I seek companies that have the same passion as I do; Arccos is such a company. Moreover, their products across the board are tailored so that each player is able to capitalize on the information provided by the product itself.
