I’ve recently purchased a set of Cobra connect clubs and have been trying out this Arccos app for over a month. The idea of a virtual caddie plus using GPS technology is very cool. I’m enjoying getting the feedback of stats collectively from all my golf rounds. I do have to keep an eye on the putt strokes. For some reason, it sometimes adds an extra stroke. But for the most part it works very good. My concern is that the preview caddie or ask caddie has never worked. I’ve submitted for help and don’t feel I’m getting any fix for it. On my first request, the Arccos rep responded he sent a message to the server team and would get back to me. A week went by without any follow up. When I asked for an update via email, he responded that he sent another message to server team and would get back. Another week and nothing. I’ve recently sent in another request and got the absolute same response. This is very disappointing. The app is designed to aid us to improve our game. But so far I’m losing faith in the support and leaning to not starting up my membership. It’s unfortunate, because I have friends interested.

The putter stroke accessory does what it says on the tin. Before finding this I engineered the standard sensor to fit onto the SuperStroke grip. It worked but I was always worried it would fall out. This gives you the peace of mind that you can record your putts without worrying about the hardware.

If you like playing with your phone while playing golf, you’ll love Arccos. Unfortunately, I hate playing with my phone in the middle of a golf outing. As other reviewer‘s have stated at Mrs about 10% of your shots. My home course still has several holes since the course has been re-designed. This has been almost a year now And I still have to go in and manually add a shot on my phone. The analytics are amazing and the new update is spectacular. If they will get their sensors working properly I will give it five stars.

After 14 golf rounds with arccos: Customer service ***** Honestly I had problems when I bought arccos sensors kit, my first round went well and than everything stopped working, I sent multiple mails to CS and I have to say they were patient, they did the best possible in the end it came out it was a phone problem so everything was solved changing phones. Shot recording and precision **** I would stop at 4 out of 5 because while it works well there are still some improvement that can be done I suppose especially when it miss a long shot (it doesn't happen often maybe once per round) about putting there's smart putt detection and maybe it's my impression but it gets better the more round you play at the beginning I was taking out putt almost every hole now it happens once every 9 I would say. About precision, everything depends on the phone so I would not blame the sensors or the app (a watch made by arccos with high accuracy GPS that can pair perfectly with sensors would be great) Still overall it's good enough. Game improvement chances***** I bought arccos mostly because I like statistics and I was lazy to record everything with one of the many free app available in the market I'm a scratch player and I'm supposed to know at least decently my game, well arccos goes a lot more in depth about everything and I'm really enjoying those numbers, for an high handicapper I would say it's a must have tool to learn about game habits, for a low handicapper it's still useful because the data are really complete. Considerations I ordered a new set of kobra that comes with built in sensors, and there's no comparison, built in sensors are a must have for players that tends to grip at the end of the club. Waiting to see the caddie Link of a friend before buying I would really like to leave my phone in the bag.

This is my second go around with Arccos sensors. Had one in a Cobra Driver a few years ago. Didn’t work well then. Bought new G710 irons with the sensors was sent additional to complete my set. I have 8 rounds in and am underwhelmed. At least 10% of the shots don’t register. On many other occasions after the round the distance Arccos said I hit was significantly 10 to 20 yards off what my laser said the distance was. Example: Laser said 155 to pin. Shot was 3 feet right pin high. Arccos said 176 was distance if shot. One of many discrepancies. I trust the laser. I’ve had my trial will be canceling. Save your money. If you’ve played long enough and are honest about you abilities. Don’t need this system.

I have 12 clubs paired and in my bag. I shot 18 holes last night only to find that shot detection was not on. The app said I must have 8 clubs paired but I had 12! The worst experience ever. I would not spend my money on this product, it does not work correctly

I can't say enough about my sensors. I got them as a gift from my son for Father's Day in June, 2020 and it's the end of July, and I've dropped 4 off my handicap. (That's under a month and 1/2!!!) I am getting used to playing with my phone in my pocket, but plan to get the link very soon. It gives me a "realistic" idea of how far I'm really hitting my clubs, and with every round, the data just keeps getting dialed in more and more. I've had no issues with the sensors, and love using the app for MY true yardages, as well as how the course is actually playing. Totally changed my golf game, and greatest Father's Day gift I could ever get!!! I know I'm a high handicapper, (for now) but I think these sensors would help improve anyone's game. Can't recommend them enough!! ...and my index is going the right direction.

So much better than any screw in tags! Just waiting on more midsize grips to be in stock as singles to be able to grip a few more clubs that are in and out of the bag. I have used the grips I ordered for a couple of hybrids but want to have the 3 and 4 irons ready to swap in and out as I need.

I've had Arccos since end May and in that time have reduced my handicap by 3 shots. Arccos has helped contribute to this. The product is excellent and can really help you track your shots, providing realistic distances and taking into account wind speed and slope. It does have it's drawbacks - it won't work on my Samsung and we are still awaiting a system update that will allow it - I use on my i phone no issue and I have 3 sensors fail already. In fairness to arches their customer service has been excellent and they replaced all 3 sensors, no quibbles or questions asked. I love the product but for a such high tech solution product would have expected all the anomalies (sensors failing etc) to have been ironed out years ago.

Hi Andy. Thank you for leaving a review, it's great that Arccos Caddie has helped you lower your handicap! Sorry you have experienced some faulty sensors, unfortunately this does occasionally happen. In regards to the Samsung phone, the S20 was causing some issues which we have now managed to fix - please update the app and give it a go! Alternatively, reach out to our customer experience team who will be happy to assist. Thanks again!

Two years ago I received a set of sensors as a birthday gift but 3 of the sensors refused to pair. I contacted Arccos and they were quick to replace the 3 sensors. However 1 of those sensors refused to pair. At this point I just decided to put that sensor on a club I use infrequently. I played a few rounds with the sensors and they seem to work pretty good but I was constantly having to fiddle with the shot recognition especially on the putter. This spring the putter sensor stopped working and without a putter sensor the shot recognition will not work. So I ordered a new putter sensor and a replacement for the previous non-working sensor. It took almost 6 weeks to get the sensors and the new putter sensor won't pair. Yes I've tried all the tips and tricks numerous times without success. I've only ever had the sensors work properly for 6 full rounds. So I'm very disappointed with the system but know that when it does work properly, they are fantastic.

I have been using Arccos for a while. I’m quite analytical so the promises of stats etc made me an early converter. In the early days when it was just the iPhone, I lived with the inconvenience. When the Apple Watch app was released, I thought I would love it. Sadly, no. The Apple Watch app is inaccurate, mistakes are very hard to edit and battery life consumption is severe such that it can’t last a round. I won’t purchase the caddie link as I think an innovative company like Arccos should make the Apple watch app work. I’m still hoping improvements will come although I find myself starting to think of alternatives like Shot Scope v3.

Hello. Thank you for leaving us a review. It's great that you are enjoying the analytics of Arccos Caddie but we are sorry to hear you have not had the best experience with Apple Watch. Please remember the watch app was launched as, and still is, a Public Beta. We understand it is not perfect and we strongly recommend reading our Apple Watch support module to get the most out of it. You'll find some useful tips, including battery savings ones on our support site - support.arccosgolf.com. Additionally, please reach out to our customer experience team should need need any further support - starter@arccosgolf.com. Thanks again.

Works somewhat. I'm not 100% convinced. I find myself making a lot of edits on the course. Misses a lot of putts or adds one too many quite often. Has me down for an over 300 yard drive. That did not happen. I just ordered the link, hope it helps with the errors. Question, should I remove the sensor when I practice to save battery life?

Hi Larry, thank you for taking the time to leave a positive review. We are sorry to hear that you are not fully convinced, especially with the putting. It is extremely hard for the sensors to know what is, or isn't, a putt due to the fine movements but our machine learning will try to make it more accurate with the more you play. We do hope the Arccos Caddie Link will improve your experience but please reach out to our customer experience team - starter@arccosgolf.com - should you need any assistance. We do not see the need to remove the sensors for practice, as long as you keep your unused clubs in your bag or with the grip below the head - the sensors turn off when upside down. Also, we guarantee the sensors for 2 years so should a sensor stop working within that time period we will replace it free of charge. Thanks again for leaving a review.

Great product and been able to lower my overall score so far. Couple issues with shot tracking but been able to add shots with the edit feature. In the end I had a hard time getting the shipment of my order/ sensors but after I got it i was extremely pleased with the experience so far.

I have had these sensors two years and love them! Having the ability to review my round after is very satisfying. The accuracy of the automated tracking is so good, i rarely check it. Club recommendations during my round are priceless. Love this product!

I bought a set of F9 irons and of course Arccos came with Cobra Connect. It’s revolutionary. It has dropped me from 14 to 4 in 18 months and I know exactly which shot to hit wherever I’m playing. A brilliant tool and means you can ignore all the advice about gapping or knowing your yardages. Amazing tool.

Unreal piece of kit, got them with my Cobra driver and upgraded to every club. Has helped me for distance no longer thinking what to hit great analysing all your shots once home on the app. Can’t wait for the caddie link to be released. All 3 local courses i have played have been true and accurate. Can’t fault anything so far great piece of kit highly recommend.

I have contacted Arccos several times stating that my home course has been redesigned and requested that the Arccos caddie needs updated. I have sent in a new scorecard and information about the new course layout, or hole 2 is now the old 10th and that hole 3 is now the old holes 11 and 12 combined. Due to the incorrect course layout the feedback from the sensors is not very helpful. I have contacted Arccos on several occasions but they have still not rectified this problem Very disappointed in the system. Update Arccos have now managed to correct the layout and pars on each hole (after several emails). The distances are still incorrect as they put the distances on the cards in as yards despite my telling them that the card was in meters so they did not calculate the exact yardage. The system seems to be working a bit better now which is why I have increase the number of stars I give this system.

The idea of the product is fine. However for me it is not practically to have my phone in the front pocket, so the the shot can be recorded. Having the phone in the rear pocket results in missed recordings and wrong data. I understand the pocket device is addressing this issue, however it has never been available (besides the introduction period). Based on that, i have no use added news of the arcos sensors (the grips are fine and durable) and are charged an annual subscription for nothing. On my emails addressing these issues, i have never received an answer. ALso not a confirmation, that my subscription is cancelled or an information, when the pocket device is available ( with this device i would like to try the technology again).

Bought the product about 3 years ago. It's not perfect but so much better than anything else on the market. For me the best part is after the round reviewing my stats and reliving holes (both birdies and bogeys). Overall a great investment for my game!
