First, the app is very resourceful when it comes to tracking numbers and getting distances, suggestions and such. One thing I would say/feel like could be changed are readings for distances. I know that my clubs hit farther than the app says(not my ego) and it reads short. However, it doesn't concern me because as I only need distance to the flag. When it comes to customer service, I had a gentleman (I can't remember the name but had a call with him at 11:34) but was super helpful when it came to my questions. Even had two charges amounting over $400 and he seemed very understanding and refunded everything. If credit is given to associates, give credit to the gentleman who helped me at customer service.

Terrible company who charge ridiculous subscription fees for a minimal service, their contact number doesn’t work and the customer service timescales are terrible. Do not use this company

I would temporarily save your money, especially if you intend to use with an Apple Watch, there is a major syncing glitch they arcoss are aware of that has no planned fix. Please note I am big including other issues with missed shots in this review.. Basically when I finish a round I walk off the 18th and my Apple watch will say i shot 82 then s few minutes later when I check my phone it says a lot less for example today my 82 adjusted down to 77. If I go into the app on the phone and hole by hole add the shots I missed (which in itself is a pain) it will then be back to 82, as soon as you save the changes it will adjust to another score, today it was 79. The shots that have disappeared are different from the original changes. Usually after 3 or 4 edits it works and saves correctly / this can take about 15 minutes of repetitive editing which I now can’t be bothered to do. I report it after every round and am told they are aware but no fix has been found. Arrcoss is used for its stats but my last 17 rounds are all wrong so 2 years of stats are now completely screwed. They won’t give me a refund so it is now just an overly expensive GPS. It currently has less functionality than a free a like golf shot. It doesn’t even store current scores

Overall, had a very poor experience with Arccos from start to finish. In bullet points, here was my experience: - signed up and paid for trial but it was completely missed by their team. Spent back and forth with customer service troubleshooting what was missed. Finally figured it out and got the ball moving. - wanted to maximize my free trial by timing the receiving of the sensors that lined up with me playing as many rounds as possible but due to their team missing my initial order, I wasn't able to do so. missed my first two anticipated rounds. - once I got the sensors, the set up process was not as easy as advertised. - once I got all sensors paired and I was ready to use them for the first time, the app said I didn't have enough clubs paired to used the system. I was trying to troubleshoot on the first tee with clients of mine. Not ideal. - after contacting their team, I came to find out that the superstroke putter grip I have is not compatible with their standard sensor which lead to me not be able to use the sensors. Nowhere in the initial sign up or communication was this mentioned so this lead to more delays and frustration. - when their team tried to send me the putter sensor adaptor while I was on the road to make up for the errors above, the "overnight shipping" took closer to 5 days so the shipment completely missed me while I was on the road and had to have their team send me a separate shipment. That also took closer to 5 days and missed yet another round of golf. - once I received the putter sensor, the instructions were not included so I had to google how to install since it wasn't self explanatory. - after all sensors were paired and ready, I finally got excited to use them but found out after the round that my pitching wedge somehow unpaired and recorded zero data for that round. had to repair after that round. Also lots of missed putts and mis recorded info. - once I repaired the pitching wedge and confirmed all other clubs were paired correctly, I finally got to go into a round knowing everything was paired. At least I thought that was the case... yesterday I played a round and the round was 6 strokes off and it didn't even record my first tee shot of the day. - I gave it my all with these things but after a terrible experience and exhausting all my patience, I am cancelling. I hope they can figure out how to avoid these issues for existing and future clients.

We understand your frustrations around the delayed shipments and putter sensor, and as I can see our team have tried to fix these as fast as possible for you. We will take the feedback on board regarding the SuperStroke putter grip sensor attachment information during initial sign up so we can mitigate this problem moving forward. In terms of the 6 strokes off, the app relies on a small amount of manual input in cases where shots have been hit into penalty areas or if multiple shots have been taken from 1 location (eg. takes 2 to get out of the bunker). Also, for gimme and tap-in putts, the system may miss these if the shot has not been addressed correctly. Having said that our team are constantly working hard to improve our technology so we can more accurately capture shots in these circumstances. I am new to golf and this device has been incredible. It has helped me stay focused on improving my game. In addition, it provides valuable data for my golf instructor to utilize in making a determination on what to work on when we meet. The customer service has been prompt and professional. I highly recommend this product!!

Dont answer emails, have tried to contact and follow now both on email and via web form, but no answer after three messages sent. Paid for express shipping, but that seems very silly and a waste of my money now, when order has been accepted and paid for but they dont actually ship it. Awful customer service, hope I actually end of getting what I paid for...

as per my last review WYATT re reached out to me with undoubtedly the best customer service approach than previously experienced. I received all new sensors and continuous emails back and fourth to make sure i was again satisfied with the product. i also experienced my membership was out of date so i reached out to Wyatt again and he pushed it another 40+ days so i can bed in the new sensors and get good readings on them going forward i will continue my subscription with arccos golf and sensors thanks again! Wyatt you're a legend

Customer service is non existent, you cannot call them and they have ignored and failed to respond to numerous emails. They say live chat but try and find it. They also say queries resolved in 6 to 12 hours also a joke 5 days and numerous emails and nothing has been resolved or even addressed place is a joke. I think it’s criminal giving them 1 star

to start off with i got these when i got my cobra driver and 3 wood , i paired them up and they worked a couple times but missed alot of shots, i put them in a ziplock bag and didnt re use them until i got new irons 2 weeks ago then there was 4 that didnt pair , i contacted arccoss (wyatt) was his name and he said there in warranty we will send new ones , then he said there out of warranty , to wich i was upset due to not even using them for over a year and a half to find they dont work now , absolute terrible product and extremely dissapointed in the lack of customer service due to your mediocre product, theres is no damage to the sensors therefore its a faulty product not miss use of sensor so warranty should be honoured

So overall its an amazing idea but I think they spend more money on marketing then the actual product. First the battery life on whatever equipment your using will not hold up, You will go from 100% to 30/40 by the 15th hole. The putting tracking is atrocious, also you will be deleting most of the shots if your playing on a tight course because after putting Arccos will think your next tee shot was apart of the last hole. Also the equipment misses around 1 out of every 4 shots so you need to be glued to your phone to make sure every shot was registered. Its an amazing idea but you can just use any simple app off the play store instead of spending the ungodly amount of money on something that works around 50 percent of the time. Also the support is terrible, you will send dozens of emails before you get anything above an automated response.

If you play anything other than stroke play then this app is useless for you. Without the ability to mark a pick up ball in Stableford or Matchplay you are constantly deleting shots and holes or worse making things up. Customer feedback doesn't care.

I've had a subscription for more than a couple of years, most recently renewing in August 2023. Since that time, the performance of the product has degraded to a point where it's nearly unusable. The product reported drives of 400 yards (obviously missing an approach shot), several holes in one (I've never had one) and even reporting shots from clubs that I never took out of the golf bag that day. I found myself having to make so many adjustments, it wasn't worth the trouble. Finally, when I told Arccos that I wanted to cancel, they removed the auto-renew but told me I had to fulfill the rest of the subscription. I am not using the product any longer, so I have paid for six months of a service that has no value to me.

If you head to the clubs section of the app, you are able to run diagnostics on all of your sensors. Purchased a year's subscription. Sensors keep coming unpaired and atated i needed 8 clubs and a putter paired up which i did infact 13 clubs and a putter. Fed up and sent email, they suggested I needed more sensors. I want to cancel and requested refund. Now not

Arccos is the best! Great new sensor, using with the apple watch is amazing. Their main strength is customer support. Just stunning. I had sensor failure and they send back new one. I had issue with batteries and they send new one. So overall SUPER happy with them ! Definitely recommend.

Bought new set of ping clubs end of 2022 with free Arccos sensors. Bought membership end of December 2022. Unfortunately due to illness have only been able to play 7 times since and no immediate end in site to that. Decided I would cancel subscription until fit enough to play in future. Few hoops to jump through to do so and expected to keep remaining period of subscription until December. NO, once you cancel it ends immediately. Won’t be renewing now even when fit as charged for something I didn’t get the full period of.
