“Nicole was absolutely fantastic. Professional and efficient, but also really personable. Arbtech was able to provide our bat survey at short notice and with minimal fuss. I would recommend Arbtech to anyone in need of an ecological survey.”

“Consultant ecologist Merry Anderson performed an eco walkover survey of one of our solar farms and went above and beyond to advise us and ensure that the ground-nesting birds spotted on site were protected in the future management of the grassland. Great communication and high-quality report which was delivered in a timely fashion- thanks Merry!”

“Recently contracted Arbtech to conduct a bat survey at the Somerset and Dorset heritage railway at Midsomer Norton. Arbtech kept me informed of progress throughout the work and provided a very detailed report. Very pleased with their service and would recommend them to others.”

“Got a booking form with different fees for a survey in a few weeks, one on next available day and one for next day service. Completed forms asked for next day service and didn’t hear back for 2 days. I called to ask why and was told they can’t do the survey for another 3 weeks !!!! If I hadn’t called myself they would not even have informed me they don’t actually have a next day service .”

Hi Sukhbir. We do offer a next working day service but they can become unavailable due to high volumes of instructions. If that happens we will do everything we can to accommodate you as quickly as possible and charge a reduced fee which we did for you and you agreed to.

“Recently used Arbtech to carry out a preliminary ecological assessment and couldn't fault the service I received. From the initial quotation stage to the various requirements changes that we needed, they were always prompt and efficient. And Jo McCarthy, who carried out the survey was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using Arbtech, and I am sure we will do so too.”
