“The expertise and service from the surveyor has been very good and he has been accommodating and responsive when on site, but the speed of turnaround of reports - which has become critical - and in responding to emails (rarely answered) or phone calls (mobile and direct dial always to voicemail) has been very poor. This would appear to be because the consultant is constantly out of the office on site and has limited or no office support to deal with basic amendments to the report. This was Arbtech's supposed "rapid service", but the only rapid thing has turned out to be their invoicing - which is payment in advance, at a premium for a faster response! If you do need speed of service for anything more than something straightforward, I cannot recommend this firm.”

“I am extremely lucky to come across a company like Arbtech. Having left university in 2018, I felt confused as to what career path I wanted to take. Still bewildered as to what I wanted to, I came across Arbtech’s training course early this year, ASSET. It has been one of the BEST experiences I have had to date. Not only did I gain a great amount of knowledge from Arbtech’s team of specialists, but it also gave me the confidence to get out there, try new things and believe in myself. I learnt so much, including legislation around European Protected Species, report writing, customer relationship management and QGIS mapping, only to name a few. I was also privileged with the opportunity to undertake fieldwork and see first hand the standard to which Arbtech conduct their surveys. Along this journey, there has been one individual from Arbtech’s team of specialists who has been a great help along the way, has constantly provided me with plenty of opportunities to learn more on the job and has continued to be a great mentor following completion of the course. He has been a great ASSET to Arbtech, fellow peers and myself. So I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge THANK YOU to Craig Williams! I will always appreciate your help and guidance. I have to thank Arbtech and the rest of the team for opening up your doors to anyone interested in ecology. I suggest anyone looking for a career in ecology to start right here, you will never regret it!”

“Very effecient. From 1st contact to a completed and very detailed report took less than a week. The ecologist, Craig Williams, deserves mentioning as he made time to listen to what development was being proposed and past history of the site. Many of his report recommedations were not only informative but will be implemented. Professional service.”

“The surveyor I had was a pleasure to work with - very proactive and informative, but also went beyond the normal level of service to ensure that all points were thoroughly explored. She was clearly personally invested in her work and her customer service skills were great. If all of their staff are anywhere close to what I've experienced then they must have a very good team. Would definitely recommend strongly.”

“The process from quotation to receipt of report was dealt with professionally and promptly. We would have preferred to deal with one contact rather than each surveyor separately, and had to complete to questionnaires which were largely the same information on each.”
