“I am very happy with the service received. Lovely, Very helpful and knowledgeable team. When the planning department demanded emergence survey even though roost assessment was negative they conducted the survey very quickly and efficiently. Good communication throughout.”

“This company has sufficient professional expertise to do bat surveys but grossly exaggerated the problem and hence the consequential fees for remedying it. Arbtech charged a larger than usual survey fee and £4500 for subsequent surveys. We were able to get adequate surveys done for less than £500. To be avoided”

“Big thank you to Natalie and the team at Arbtech for project managing our Ecology and night bat surveys so quickly, given how busy they are at this time of year. We are looking to renovate our property and the council required surveys to be carrying out to enable us to submit our application- to be honest, we didn’t know where to begin…. The Arbtech team have been really helpful and honest, and we’re really glad that we made the choice to use them.”

“I needed a relatively urgent tree survey, on behalf of a client, as a result of a tree preservation order being placed upon trees adjoining a site being submitted for a small residential development scheme. Not only did I receive a quote the same day after making contact with Robert Oates, Charlie (Moore) continued this quick contact, talked through what I needed on the phone and was on site with my client within 48 hours. I received the full report three working days after. I cannot fault receipt of such a comprehensive survey within seven days of initially contacting Arbtech - thank you.”
