Patiently explained everything we needed to know about buying a hot tub and absolutely no pressure to buy from them (in fact they recommended that we shopped around). We chose the Luzon and it was delivered and installed within a few weeks. Lovely people to deal with and fantastic hot tub. Would definitely recommend.”

“After a fairly long wait due to delays which were out of the control of the Aqua Warehouse staff, our hot tub arrived and, it has to be said, it's well worth the wait. I commend Richard and his staff for a first class service. They, I am sure, were equally frustrated by the delays but, they kept us informed regularly. Aqua Warehouse is to be highly recommended.”

“We have had our vita hot tub for a few weeks now and highly recommend Richard and his team . From presales to ordering to delivery and installation the service has been first class. We had an issue with the position of the spa but only realised once it had been filled.It was no trouble whatsoever for the installation guys who came back after a week to help drain the tub ,add extra cable and rotate to the preferred position. Any queries relating to chemicals or indeed anything you are unsure of then the answer is a quick email or phone call away . I had lots of questions being a first timer but was made to feel like nothing was too much trouble . I must mention Ian ,who came to help me drain the spa after I got in a pickle (easy to do once you know how)such a lovely friendly guy who went over and above and couldn’t do enough to make sure I was happy before he left. Ian returned the next day to rotate the spa and again was professional ,extremely helpful and friendly -a real credit to the team. After researching lots of spas with different retailers I was so glad I found aqua warehouse ,the best price,the best service and we are the proud owners of a beautiful spa . Thankyou Richard and the team Julie and John”

“I would just like to thank Martin who went out of his way to help me solve the problems I had with the correct advice on applying chemicals to my hot tub. Due to bad advice I ended up with Folliculitis a terible bacteria which is formed when the water in your tub is not correctly maintained. You don't want it in your life I can assure you. I now have the perfect balance of bromine and water treatment in my tub just wish I had had his help from the start 12 months ago. Also thanks to John in the warehouse who supplied all my chemicals speedily the next day. So I would have given them both 10 Stars if I could. I would highly reccomend dealing with these guys!”
