If I had to find any criticism it would be ideal to have full written instructions on the chemical treatments with perhaps a diary/calendar already written up and all the reorder details and prices listed. Having said that the install guy did say something was being prepared,”

Thanks for your honest review. Yes I agree the standard water treatment guide supplied by the chemical company is a bit basic although better than any others we've found on the market. My colleague is at this moment producing an improved version we can give customers in addition. Yes I like your idea about an autmated email info system. Our in house system is being upgraded for automated emails shortly so I will include that option. Thanks for the tip! We owe you a gift when you next pop in. Richard

“From start to finish my wife and I were incredibly impressed with the knowledge and professional displayed by Richard and his team. The showroom is friendly as are the staff and we were given an honest opinion in response to our numerous questions. On the delivery/ install day the team were very quick, tidy and respectful. As the install day clashed with an unexpected funeral we had to leave the installer to finish up - but we were subsequently called and taken in minute detail through the workings of the control panel, upkeep and given numerous tips on how to care for the tub. I cannot recommend the Aqua Warehouse highly enough. Thank you.”
