“Website says dispatched within 1-2 days, it was later than that. Got the notification that it was on its way, the following week, tracking still said that the shipping information had been created, yet Australia Post didn't have it yet. I couldn't find a phone number on their website, I think the number I finally found was on their Facebook page. It was disconnected and caller identity showed it as another business. Contacted Afterpay and saw that the had provided the same disconnected number I had called to Afterpay. Contacted Australia Post, next day, Australia Post had it and it was on its way. Filters were as I ordered, however the lid on the bottle of fish treatment I ordered wasn't on properly and it has leaked a little. This was my first time shopping with them, it was a terrible experience and I certainly don't trust them or recommend them to anyone else.”

I am very sorry your parcel was delayed in transit. We had several others also delayed the same way with no tracking updates or movement. We have lodged several complaints regarding this as it is not acceptable. Please send through your order details so we can add a complaint for your specific parcel.
