“The sales team at Aquaroc could not have been more helpful from start to finish. The item we ordered, arrived broken due to a fault with the packaging, and they immediately sent out a replacement the next day which was beautifully packaged and is excellent quality.”

“Ordered two beautiful basins which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately one had a slight imperfection but this was quickly remedied and a replacement sent out the very next day. Excellent customer service and the basins were exactly as I had hoped.”

“I ordered a unit for the first time from Aquaroc. This was a pre order but delivery still came pretty quick. It arrived with a small manufacturing blemish so I emailed some photos to Mark and within minutes he called me back to confirm this was a rare blemish and he would send out a new replacement which would arrive in a couple of days. This is excellent service and was very smooth process. Would definitely order again and recommend this company.”

“Great products. Excellent customer service. Ordered the Rivera 1690 matt white bath. Great centrepiece to my new bathroom. Was kept apprised of estimated arrival date, which was particularly helpful given builders on site and the need to fit into a tight schedule. Very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Would definitely recommend!”
