“Spoke to a very helpful lady on the phone regarding a question and she went out of her way to answer. Ordered a small UV bulb and was amazed how well they packed it. In a thick cardboard tube. Arrived super fast. I will use this company again, VERY impressed... Good prices as well.”

“Unfortunately the filter does not fit my aquarium. I was after a foam filter for a fluval spec 19 ltr aquarium but the one I have received is for a fluval spec 60 ltr aquarium. Can you advise how I can sort this out please. Thank you”
