“Aquapet dispatched item on 24 hour delivery. Royal Fail have told me it will be delivered a WEEK later. Not Aquapets fault, but having paid for express delivery, they should consider using another courier.”

All couriers can sometimes run into problems that are completely out of our hands, so it doesn’t matter which we choose as we don't know beforehand (we wish we could) if they are going to come across an unknown problem. “I haven't found anywhere that sell exo terras at such a good price. They even offer free delivery. I ordered two more last Friday and they very kindly delivered them personally to me that evening. Absolutely outstanding service. I won't buy from anywhere else as I simply cannot fault them. Five stars every time from me.”
