“Exceptionally speedy delivery! Bird cage looks terrific, everything delivered as expected and of good quality. Was pleasantly surprised that the double cage has the option of being built as single or double height: very handy for transport. Just need to go get the birds now!”

“I'm so impressed with Aquapet, I placed my order during the holiday period - I believe it was on Boxingda, my order was delivered for free and arrived the very next day which was simply fantastic! I ordered 4 glass terrariums and 4 acrylics, bearing in mind whenever I have ordered more than one glass enclosure from any other vendor at least one always arrives damaged so I was expecting issues... I was gifted Covid for Xmas and I just wasn't well enough to open and check my delivery until long after its arrival, on opening the box I was super impressed with the professional packaging and to find all of the glass enclosures were fine, there was an issue with two of the acrylic feeding hatches, therefore, I emailed customer service expecting a dispute because my order had arrived sometime before I opened and checked my items, however immediately I was promised replacements, these arrived very quickly and I received two whole acrylic terrariums rather than just the damaged parts. I couldn't be happier with this company and will be a very regular customer, its rare these days to find a company with such a high standard of customer service, especially considering the bang for buck.”
