“Website easy to find the right part but phoned just to confirm that I had identified the correct part. I was assured 100% that it was correct. Delivery by Royal Mail arrived on time. Followed instructions and connected to electricity supply. Switched on- yes success. Perfect result.”

“Fast Dispatch time allowed the Item ordered on Wednesday and dispatched by 2.30pm, by RM48Tracked, to be deliverd at lunch time the following day Thursday, so just over 24 hours after ordering it was delivered so RM on fire and my cat had a working drinking fountain in operation again. Will use Aquapet again”

“Originally bought the Fluval Replacement LED Lamp Assembly & Sensor for FLEX, it didn't work and was stuck on storm mode. I sent it back and it was tested to all ok. It was the transformer. As advised I bought a transformer and Aquapet sent me back the lamp. Great service thank you. All up and working.”
