“Their system crashed in the middle of checkout so I ended up with two of the same items. They tell me I have to pay the £10.00 re-shipping charge! Very poor customer service.”

“Item came as described, paid for faster delivery and came quickly, so very happy. The only suggestion I would make is to give us an option for delivery services, not just Royal Mail as Royal Mail are very unreliable and not very well organized. I got lucky this time but have been let down several times very recently.”

“I was looking for glass cat bowls and really struggled untill i found these. Our new6 month old little girl may have issues with allergies and glass is best iv read. They are really funky and tilted forvbetter digestion. Well priced also.”

“Really nice quality product, but better packaging may be an idea as mine arrived with three cracks , it’s been thrown around as usual in transit. I’ll live with it through as my pet arrived early and had to be housed , shame as is nice product”

“Bought a komodo nano habitat to house stick insects. Product arrived on time and it's sturdy. The mesh at the top is ideal for keeping insects as it's too small to let them escape. Overall great product/service”
