“I have ordered many things for reptiles from Aquapet over 18 months and the quality and value has been very good ,the only problem with them is when they sell out of products especially uv tubes and ballast units they dont restock but keep them on the website ,out of fourteen products six have been sold out for at least a year ,what is the point of still advertising them when you havent got any and by the looks of it never will.Same with backgrounds three out of four sold out”

Now, about those elusive UV tubes and ballast units—trust us, they’re as rare as a chameleon at a zebra convention! We keep products listed on the website because sometimes we do manage to catch them when they sneak back into stock. But we hear you loud and clear, and we’re working to make sure our website reflects availability more accurately (without any reptile-level camouflage, of course!). “Bought spare part for my aquarium external filter pump. Item was bought,dispatched and delivered well with in delivery schedule. Aquapet price was cheaper for same item on both lager web sites. The item was well packaged.”
