“Ms Ramgage, I have your name from Ken and his team - two young men. I am delighted with my new bath. The bath was always my favourite place to relax but due to ill health I could no longer go into it. What a joy it is now to relax in my spa bath with the lovely bath salts and agents that are available. I would like to praise them and the two young men - they were very professional, friendly, polite and determined to get everything just right for me. It was a pleasure having them in my house.
