“The installation of the shower was completed in one day as promised by a lovely young man called Marc. He needed a couple of panels to hide some missing tiles where my old bath was but they sent someone out straight away who has ordered them for me.”

“We are writing to say how impressed we have been with Aquability. From the person who answered the initial telephone enquiry, to Andy Webster the Salesman, Mark Jones the Sales Manager and the excellent Installation team of Kevin, Liam and Connor, everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. It was a pleasure to have the installation team around, they took real pride in their work and from the new cream carpet on the stairs to the garage floor and drive, everything was clean and tidy when they left. “Firstly, we have now received and starting to use the new bath. It would appear to be an excellent, first-class product and, if asked, we will have no hesitation in recommending the product and your company to others. All members of your staff and employees were each excellent in their individual roles, selling, communicating, delivering and, of course installation. We need to make special mention of Harry, the installer. He carefully removed the earlier (cast iron) bath and placed the debris outside for being collected and removed the following day, which it was. Harry then fully installed the new bath, including rerouting much of the previous piping, and testing that the product was ready to be used. Aquability - Thank you for an excellent product. Harry - Thank you for the excellent job, well done. You are a credit to yourself, to your company and to your profession. Thank you”

“I have just had a shower unit, washbasin and toilet fitted. The workmen who fitted it were amazing, their workmanship was exceptional. I can’t remember their names but you will know who they are.
