“you charged us £8900p for our shower, man came and said come out same place tiles finish so no problem ,shower fitted 5inchs narrower than bath so tiles missing ,i had to find old tile, sit and brake all cement of tile with hammer and chisel and hammer husband had to get stuff to repair hole left ,as just before xmas and we had people coming to stay, you said couldn't come till after xmas, you left gap under shower, ,large panel left here 7ft by 1ft not used that weve been charged for. sqeeky door, plastic left on panels. chap phoned coming friday to seal front of shower ,so think you need to refund some of our money mrs e parkes”

Dear Mrs Parkes Unfortunately, it was noted on the contract that the area under your original bath was tiled and we weren't able to remedy the gaps in the tiling before your visitors arrived, as it was just before Xmas. We're sorry for any stress and inconvenience this has caused you and we apologise for the delay collecting the unused panel. We've sent you a goodwill gesture and hope that this helps. The person who installed it, Stacy, was the same and also a really hard and careful worker. His workmanship was excellent. “not at all happy with the after care we received. We had a severe leak from the new bath tap and it took many phone calls to register this with aquability. They said they had no plumbers available to fix it so the leak went on and on, even though we were all trying to save water. I made calls sometimes twice a day but we were left to our own devices . We are in our 80's and quite immobile (hence the new disabled bath) .Surely there is a responsibility to their clients to be looked after when things go wrong. I cannot recommend this company .”

We're very sorry that we were unable to visit you straight away but we did replace the dripping tap within four working days and have sent you a cheque to cover the cost of any increased water usage. We apologise for inadvertently causing you so much stress and worry, whilst waiting for our engineer, and trust that everything is now working correctly and that you are otherwise happy with your new bath.
