“A massive thank you for the work you did, installing a new shower cubical. The bath was removed, there was no mess, every where was left clean and tidy. The work was carried out very professionally { I cannot remember the names of the fitters, I apologize}. The whole experience from delivery to completion was excellent and I am very, very pleased with with my new shower cubical. I recommend Aquability with no hesitation. Recommend a 5 Star rating.”

“The installation appeared to go fine but issues soon became apparent. We've been trying for months to get things fixed and it is apparent that contrary to their website promises Aquability have no concept of customer service after they've got your money. Too many false promises on the phone and in writing. We've resorted to putting everything in writing as we were on hold on the phone for over 40 minutes too many times. (Which they said should never have happened)”
