“Easy ordering process, goods I required we're priced competitively. The only thing that was a bit of a let down was the delivery service by TNT, Aqua Spa dispatched my items on Monday, TNT didn't manage to deliver them until Thursday.”

“The company's product and service were good but the delivery man's service was poor on two counts. Firstly, he rang the doorbell, left the package on the step and went back to his van before I could get from the kitchen to the front door, which took me about five seconds. When I opened the door I saw him getting back into the van and called out to him (to let him know I had the package) but it seemed he didn't hear me and he drove off. That was shoddy enough but to make matters worse I had specifically requested that if nobody was in (not that the driver had waited long enough to find out whether anybody was in!) then the package should be left with our neighbours at Number 21.”

“Prior to dealing with you, I'd tried another company and after a week of waiting found it extremely frustrating when the parts didn't turn up and was unable to contact by phone or e-mail!. I had to use their own online procedure for problems that left a lot to be desired especially when you find out they didn't actually have it stock in the first place! It was a breath of fresh air to actually speak to a helpful human even though I thought you'd initially sent the wrong bits!. However another phone call put me straight right away, very grateful many thanks will be back again”
