“First company I have spoken too able to give detailed, professional advice on water quality issue (biofilm/white water mould) - thanks Martin! Then excellent and prompt delivery of the chemicals neccessary to resolve the issue in our cedar hydro tub. Now my "go to" source of products and advice.”

“When I enquired about a wholesale account/prices I was told that I had to have a hot tub shop with a service department to get wholesale prices. I am a new independent hot tub and swimming pool service company that doesn't have a shop and supplies my clients individually when needed. No discount was available to me at all??”

“Whilst the delivery of the item I purchased was prompt, I feel that the postage cost of £8 (plus VAT) was excessive for the simple task of placing a small item in a jiffy bag and posting it. As a comparison, I purchased three headrests (at almost half the price of this vendor) from a company in the USA and only paid £18 for international carriage. Unfortunately, the vendor in the USA could not supply the other item.”
