“I am really happy the handrail was for a severely handicapped man who loves hot tubs so we got him one but he is hesitant with steps but this Handrail is of very good quality so now he can use his hot tub and the delivery was out of this world ther is no way that it could have got hear faster. I can only say well done and thanks”

“I rang to check whether the item I wished to order was suitable and received a friendly answer. I then made my order online, rang again to check it was successful and received a very helpful reply. Order arrived just over 24 hrs later and is as described. Very happy with the service.”

“Ordered 3 covers the same one came with white tape 2 with blue tape. Doesn't look great as using the 3 together on a pool. Rang up and was told I would get a call back when looked into but never got a call back!”

Mike I am very sorry about the cover. I think you mean a blanket. They are manufactured that way with the white & Blue tapes and unfortunately the manufacturer has now closed. I am also sorry you did not get a call back. I will call you now to discuss

“Quick and efficient service. Very pleased with the assembled product which I am using in connection with a new shed that sits on a raised plinth. The steps can easily be removed and stored in the shed when not in regular use. My only gripe concerns the assembly of the steps which was far from easy. In the end I had to resort to a thumping the last clip with a heavy duty rammer in order to get it to engage. Hence the four star rating and not five stars.”
