Sorry to hear your order is delayed. We despatch the same day so it must be a courier issue. We use Fed-Ex who we've found to be the best but I'm sorry if they've let you down. Please contact us on sales@aquawarehouse.co.uk with your order number and we will get it tracked

“Bought pool tile and liner cleaner. Very good price but had to buy 3 to avoid shipping costs. It's great for cleaning pool liner waterlines and as I have found boat hulls stained from brown river water. First shipment was damaged in transit and automatically returned to Aqua Spa, the second shipment arrived the next day with no problems”
