“Fantastic Service, Whilst the initial order was incorrect. The level of service in replacing the missing item was second to none. The missing item turned up the next day after I had contacted Aqua Spa supplies. This standard of service was very much appreciated and is rarely matched.”

“I ordered the XL spa steps, which arrived next working day. Unfortunately a part was broken so I emailed aqua spa with photos. They were quick to respond, with apologies and offered to send out a replacement part by next day delivery. This duly arrived as promised, extremely well packaged to protect from damage in transit, and I have now put the steps together. 5 star customer service. Thank you to John and the warehouse team.”

Sorry to hear about your damaged item. A new one is being sent. An email has been sent to you. We use Fed-Ex which I think might be the largest courier in the world but even they mess up once in a while. Sorry to hear it was your item.
