“Very efficient with swift delivery, well packed and great bits, especially the coffee pods. Just be careful to check how far past the use by dates the bits you are buying. Some are many months not weeks.”

“Good deals, I'd prefer get the money back when an item is not available instead of adding the refund to my Approved food account.”

Regarding the refund, as we use a third party payment processor to process all payments for us, for security reasons, we don't store any financial details in order to provide an automatic refund. However, we are always happy to refund this manually on request, if you could contact our customer service team to ask for this. “Glad to add myself as an Approved Food customer. My first order arrived quickly and I'm pleased with the contents. I've never had a problem with consuming goods which are supposedly past their sell-by. In fact, I think it should be actively encouraged.”

“Only criticism is that I ordered some individual bags of crisps that were packaged underneath jars of sweets so I had x4 bags open & the contents all over everything else. Would have given 5* otherwise as everything else was fine.”
