“I had a problem with my deliverly in that I the packaging was damaged for some items. On contact with customer services the issue was resolved with absolutely no quibble. Itemms were collected from my door and a refund processed to my original payment method. Found Bekah from customer services extremely pleasant and helpful.”

“Wasn’t very happy with my order as the main thing I ordered was out of stock wouldn’t of made an order if I knew this, asking feel you should of gave me my money back and not credit as I payed for it with money”

Hi, We're so sorry for any disappointment caused by this item being unavailable. We are constantly doing spot audits and if items are deemed unfit for sale, then these will be removed from orders. As we don't store financial details for security reasons, we aren't able to provide an automatic refund to the payment method which is why this is automatically credited.
