“Very good service. Have bought cat food , amongst other stuff, and it's much cheaper especially the usually more expensive brands, which I look out for. I've bought a large range of items and have found everything to be perfect. Any queries are answered as quickly as possible and sorted out. Have recommended to friends .”

“The searching engine sometimes doesn't work. Some relavant stuff dont turn up in the searching result. It needs to be improved. Hopefuĺly in the future it can allow customers to add on stuff to the already placed order. Got lots of nice things of good price from here. Thank you.”

“Great idea and never had any issues with the products. Boxes have been squashed a bit but that doesn't affect product. Delivery charge is a bit off putting but you weigh that up against the savings you make.”

“The product and price were fantastic but the delivery service provided by your chosen carrier DHL/UK Mail was deplorable so much do we lodged an official complaint ! And that was after we paid you extra for delivery !!”

“Most items are good. Some are a little misdescribed, so disappointing to find an item that you thought would be bigger/better. Crisps sometimes are a bit crushed through bad packing. Daily offers are very tempting, but then struggle to warrant the cost of delivery against the savings. More alcohol deals and range would be welcome.”

“Been shopping with Approved Food for well over a year now and never had any real problems. Website can sometimes behave a little unexpectedly (shopping basket handling) but nothing major. Approved food do send out emails what seems to be at least once a day, and its often the case that the day after ordering, theres an offer that id like to take advantage of...so the ability to add/amend an order (before its been picked, obviously) would be good.”

“This is a great website. I keep an eye on products I like to use and put in an order when there is enough different things I use in stock. Usually raw ingredients like pulses, tinned tomatoes, seeds etc can be ordered in bulk so you save a lot of money. The lucky boxes are great value for money too! I get so excited opening them!”
