“CHEAP PRICES AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES. WHEN I OPENED A CAN OF MANGO SLICES AND IT TURNED OUT TO TASTE YUCK, I JUST MENTIONED IT AND THEY REFUNDED ME THE 4 CANS I PURCHASED. VERY HAPPY AND THE PINEAPPLES WHERE GREAT. 99% OF THE TIME EVERYTHING IS GREAT AND TASTES SUPERB. THE MANGO SLICES WAS THE FIRST TIME SOMETHING SLIPPED THROUGH. CONGRATS TO THE TEAM FOR THEIR FAST REACTION AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES.”

“Good prices but when adding delivery it mounts bit. My last order I was misled by the wrong "best before" date for baby milk which said June 2018 on your website but those were delivered have all the date of Feb 2018! If I knew I woul have bought only one and not 3 tubs. Disappointing! Mr Mehenni”

“We didn't know what to expect but today we found out. This was our first order and whilst making it we were a bit apprehensive, we went for the free delivery if we spent £55, what we didn't realise the free delivery was only for the first box and as we had 2 boxes it cost us slightly more. We didn't have a problem with this but the advertising shouldn't just say Free Delivery. As for the contents and the range of products we ordered, we found it difficult to make up the £55 as it seemed a very lot for the money. We managed to make it up by adding one or two things that we didn't immediately need. No problem with this as they were mainly hard goods with no sell by dates. The goods that we ordered were very varied including snacks, drinks and other goods. We seemed to make a good choice from what they offered and when the boxes came today we were not disappointed. In fact we were very surprised at the quality. The packaging was also very good. I will also say that the delivery company was also excellent, they kept us informed by email and text as to when they were arriving. Approved Food are a great firm with a great idea and capable of saving customers a lot of money. Yes we will be using them again.”
