“Some great bargains to be had. Website could be easier, but once you’ve been on a few times it’s OK. Delivery is excellent. We’ve had some amazing deals on coffee pods. Worth a look.”

“A low grade business run by a management team with no integrity. The product arrived dirty, covered in dust and I was advised by Alex (the manager) to return it at my own expense if I wanted a refund. After I placed my order, I could not track it, view a description of the product or see the invoice. The website kept giving me an error message every time I was trying to log in. The email confirmation only stated the order number, so it was not possible for me to see any information about my order. I’ve never experienced anything like that and I buy online all the time! There was no apology whatsoever and I’m shocked that you feel it’s ok for customers to receive their goods in such condition. I’ve reported this to the Trading Standards Authority, as Approved Foods deliberately mislead their customers by the inaccurate description of the products and then try to justify that by their T&C! Very poor. Never again!”
