Ordered over a week ago and still awaiting delivery. Have emailed and left a voicemail message (as you don't speak to a human) and have had no reply. I didn't receive goods at all this time last year but thought I'd have another go and give approved food a chance. Seems the joke is on me.

Ordered & paid for an item "ex stock". After a week, I was informed there was no stock and I had been given credit, not refunded. I now have a refund but during the delay, the price elsewhere has risen by £7. I won't be using this company again.

Ordered 1 item.....took 3 days to pick, 2 days to pack and send.... all in all 6 days from order to delivery. Far too long. A ridiculous amount of packing, please see image... 3 x large boxes for an item 4inches high...total madness and for this I was charged £5.99. A D1 size mailite bubble bag would have been sufficient and would have cost £2.80 via Royal Mail 2nd class small parcel.

8 days later and my Order still says,Order being picked,to say I am not happy is an understatement, writing to see if my email gets answered Very disapointed I just hope they still have all the item I ordered,if not!!!! Update Parcels arrived today,they forgot to update my Order, a Couple of items damaged but all in all ok..t hey were on a long journey,Im sure the damaged items will be given in Credit for my next Order..

We show the best before date for each product on the product page. If you would prefer to only view products that are within this date there is a filter on the left hand side that filters to 'in date products' only. I hope this helps and you will order again soon. My second order 1st order received a bottle of fabric softener half empty which was refunded for and this time didn't receive one of the bottles of pop I ordered have got in touch but got no reply

Absolutely terrible,took nearly a week and much chasing to despatch. Then I chased again. Order had allegedly been lost by a corpurier,which when I googled doesn't even exist!! Money still not returned despite them having it a week and a bit. Disgrace of a company. All seems like a scam!!

on the package and items of food in my last parcel were mice or rat droppings as a result have had to bin a lot I was sickened I hadn't opened the box before I re ordered im hopeing this order is not the same its unlikely ill order again it was gross

Took a week to arrive also think delivery is abit pricey food wasnt out of dat when orders by the time it got here half of it was stale and went in the bin I will not use this site again was very disappointed wen I opened some of the stuff like cereal bars and they were moldy green!!! Someone said the would contact me regarding this and did not VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Hi. I recieved my delivery at 6pm friday night and found that the package had been poorly packaged. 2 juice cartens had split and ruined my whole order. Everything was damaged. Please can anything be done. Jonharvey2013@hotmail.co.uk. 07465212407. thank you. Jon harvey

Ordered my items 2 weeks ago and still not arrived. Very poor service. I have spoke to customer services who also have no idea what is going on. This is my second time of experiencing issues with their delivery service. I still have no recieved the goods, the tracking says a delivery was attempted on the 5th which it wasnt, i was in all day! Now my items have aparently been returned to sender and I have asked for a refund, lets see if they can manage that! Very dissapointed that this has happened again after what happened last time. Will not make this mistake again. Will not recommend!

My first order a few months ago was amazing. Hence why I placed a 2nd order. Wow what a shambles. All the drinks were flat. The 'Barni' cakes were stale and hard and lastly the children's crisps were also stale. Once unhappy customer
