“Approved Food are amazing. My husband has cancer and eats little & often so this is far and away the most cost effective way for me to buy snacks for him. It also allows him to try new things. Delivery is prompt & reasonable considering the weight of the boxes. Excellent way to buy cosmetics & pet foods.”

“Up until recently no problems. Recent order didnt arrive and between approved foods and dpd delivery, it took nearly a week to get a reply. Eventually getting a refund”

“I have used for a few years now and using more so now to get my cupboard foods. I recommend to others all the time. Just hope they order. If there is any problems it's sorted effencitly and quickly, which is refreshing to see a company with fantastic customer service. The only downside is (which is minor) the tracking on the site don't work as sometimes I've recieved the package and yet on the site it's not been dispatched.. Great site will be using again”

“I am still waiting for my delivery paid for on November 2nd. I have tried to contact you and the carrier to no avail. I should not have to chase the carrier, the order was placed with you. I am extremely disappointed”
